Excellent food but lately always making a mistake with my order and last time (today, 12 April 2019) they delivered one correct dish and a wrong second one, we called, they RECOGNIZED the mistake, said they will send the correct one BUT they want the incorrect dish they sent to us (usually respectful restaurants tell you to keep the wrong order), 30 minutes passed no one came despite we live 5 minutes away from their restaurant, so we decided to eat the first dish before it gets cold. We finished it still no one came, i called told them you didnt let us eat the wrong dish and you didnt send us the correct ine and now we ate the first dish cold because we were waiting for the second one, so I demand a refund for the second dish, they said okay but 2 hours later still no one came. Apparently the staff sitting behind the teller dont care about their cuatomers because the kitchen nor delivery did a mistake, it was and always (2 times before) the mistake of who takes the order. And now to simply ignore the customer like that means they just lost one customer now....

I recently visited for dinner and I must say, the food was absolutely delicious. Each dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection.

However, despite the amazing food and service, I was extremely disappointed with the behavior of some of the staff members. From the moment we entered, we were greeted with cold and unwelcoming attitudes, and some of the other servers were downright rude. It was clear that they were not interested in providing good customer service and were not willing to go the extra mile to make our dining experience enjoyable.

While the food and service were top-notch, the impolite behavior of some of the staff members definitely put a damper on our experience. I hope that the restaurant management can address this issue and provide better training to their staff in terms of customer service. Overall, I would still recommend this restaurant for the quality of their food and service, but be prepared to deal with some impolite behavior from some...

Our dinner at Al Farah Restaurant in Abu Dhabi was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that truly set the tone for the evening.

We ordered the Chicken Kabab and Tomatoes Kuftah, and both dishes were absolutely delicious—expertly cooked, rich in flavor, and served to perfection. Each bite reflected the authentic taste and quality that Al Farah is known for.

What made our experience even more special was meeting the restaurant’s manager. His generosity and passion for hospitality were evident as he personally greeted us, accepted our gratitude, and then surprised us with complimentary tea and desserts. This thoughtful gesture made us feel truly valued as guests.
