We order the pistachio kanafe ice cream on stick Wich cost 25 Aed each I ordered 3 ice cream then I was so disappointed that when they served the ice cream they just serve it by giving me with their hand without any cover or something on the ice cream. that price its not worthy at all even no packaging I was expecting that it's properly wrap or atleast they served it with cover or something but they just took it on fridge serve it directly without any cover it feels like we are buying street ice cream on the side walks very unprofessional staff who keeps doing noise while we are eating on a dining area. This is not recommendable place to eat and what we order is not worth the price. Then I requested a cup for the ice cream as we cannot finish this is too sweet and absolutely...

Tried the winter delights’ hot caramel, it tasted like sugar water. Whosoever’s idea this was, I’m sure they didn’t try the product before releasing it.

As if the ice cream wasn’t bad enough, the service was worse: Since there were two of us (me & my friend), I casually asked for an extra glass, but much to my surprise the confectioner informed me that the glasses were counted by the management so he was not allowed to give extra glasses. He offered me the ice cream cup cover instead !

I can only imagine how bad the economic condition of galadari icecream is, that the can’t provide an extra glass to a customer.

Have been going here with family for the last 5 years. Wonderful place for icecream, lots of selection of icecream, good selection of cakes and adequate sitting area, however i would recommend take away especially in rush hours.

They accept credit card now as well, therefore shouldn’t be an issue if one doesnt have hard cash. Parking will definitely be an issue during rush hours, so i would suggest either you walk or take a taxi.
