Heroes Abu Dhabi — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

I've only been a few times in recent weeks but it's a shame, the bar is a lovely environment, but the staff just don't seem to want to work there, they are very dismissive, no time to hold a conversation, just robotic like. Today the waitress came to me with the bill, two minutes after last order (I wasn't asked for last order) when I requested last drink she looked at her watch disapproving and said you have to finish before 2am. Of course I would, I work in the industry of hospitality, I would never put anyone out, but I didn't think it was appropriate for this to be said. Meanwhile my glasses were left on the table and not cleared, nor the ashtray, even before last orders I saw patrons waving their glasses for drinks because they were overlooked. We went to Heroes last night because we searched on google "fun bars in Abu Dhabi" and Heroes was one of the recommended place. The performers last night were really good. We enjoyed it. We were expecting it to be very nice at it was one of the top choices in google search. Compared to other bars, the price is reasonable at Heroes. I am giving them 3 stars because the server wasn't nice to us. Rolls her eyes a lot. Her attitude got more rude when we said we are using the Smiles coupon. When asked about the drinks she was not very pleased to talk to us. They also served the wrong drink. I hope they will look into it because good service is a really huge factor in F&B. We are completely disappointed with this waitress Jinky ! I don’t know what’s going on with the management but we complained already before about billing problem. This waitress kept on punching drinks and snacks that we didn’t order. I was paying our table bill last time and some items were included with the bill that we didn’t order. It’s funny because we normally go there to enjoy but the inconvenience keeps on happening again and again. Please do train this waitress or atleast give her task that does not include any “billing”. She will be heroes’ downfall soon I must say.
