Our stay at Rainbow Hotel Apartment was a mixed bag. If some ask me about rainbow hotel abudhabi out of 5 star i can rate 0 star to the customer service. Today I confirm the price though calling 250 and when we drived and reach there he is increasing the cost. No value for the words, even those he don't know how to behave to the ladies (the kerala guy, night shift on 26/02/2023). Infront of his security person he is teasing the customer. If am in the manager post i will took him out the day only, he Doesn't know how to handle the customer. If those people are working there the value of the management will go down. Not good... Bed : body pain after I wakeup Bathroom : no bathtub.. Dental kit.. HOT WATER :YES Room : I asked to.. Where is complimentary coffee.. Water.. COFFEE Hot water machine.. Later they bought.. Only one piece with one cup... WITHOUT MILK OR MILK POWDER OR COFFEMATE. Only coffee pouch.. And sugar.. When I asked reception (one lady) . U didn't gave us milk or COFFEMATE.. They told u can go out and take from from grocery.. We are not providing this.

I hv never seen this kinda hotel.. With such a bad service and behaviour..

Check in and checkout process is quick.. Hotel is inside the town so shops and mall...
