Beware guys!!! Today i ordered 2 kids meals with cheese and my total bill came to AED 62, this was a bit unusual for me as kids meals are not that expensive. Ashmita was my server and i asked her is it really this expenisive? And she told yes it was and i left the counter without checking my bill. A few mins later my daughter was looking at the screens and told me that "kids meals are written AED 16 each". Thats when i realised Ashmita conned me, when I checked my bill she had charged me for 2 chicken fries extra which i never ordered. When i confronted her, she said that it was part of kids meal and this is our "promotional combo". By this time i was already losing my mind for her daring act on top she started lying to me about the promotion, lying because kids meal is AED 16 and chicken fries is AED 15 so 2 each will naturally make AED 62 on their own. There was no promotion or discount buying it as a combo. The shift manager Ramakanthan came to process my refund but he also did not say anything to Ashmita that what she did was wrong. The manager did not apologize and neither did Ashmitha and they just refunded my money.
At the end it was never about AED 30 extra it was about lying to customers and overcharging them for things they never ordered.

Read moreI was taking a large take-away order for the family close to their closing time, they've added many things I didn't order and charged me for it. The first time I thought it was a mistake, then they did it again.
It was several packs of onion rings that doesn't taste fresh at all, they're just selling the costumers with the leftover food and charging them with it when its the right conditions, so the costumers wouldn't notice and if they did it might be too late as they are closing.
I spoke with the manger back then, at first he was very aggrasive and angry then he made a phone call after I told him I will report the issue, after he finished the call his attitude drastically changed and gifted me a cake, after discussing further his response was something along the lines of (its fine as all the others do it).

Today I visited Burger King at Yas Mall. After ordering burgers, we decided to have ice cream and ordered 5 cones. Unfortunately, the ice cream tasted bad — it had an odd flavor and was quite unpleasant.
When I approached the sales staff,, to provide feedback, her response was disappointing. She replied sarcastically, saying, "This is how our ice cream tastes." Then she went over to a male staff member, and both of them laughed and made fun of us.
Such behavior is unacceptable. Feedback should be received with respect, not mockery. I hope the management takes this seriously and provides proper training to their staff on how to handle customer concerns...
