I wanted to take a moment to share our experience at your restaurant tonight, as it was incredibly disappointing. We arrived at 8:10 PM and were told we would wait approximately 20 minutes for a table. Despite the restaurant being busy, we remained optimistic and patiently waited, excited about the unlimited offer. However, after nearly an hour, we were finally seated, only to be informed that we would need to wait an additional 30-40 minutes just to place our order because the kitchen was "still not ready to take orders." After another half hour, we were able to place our order, but to our surprise, we received only two Ramen bowls after 15 minutes—supposedly meant to serve two people. Unfortunately, each bowl was hardly enough to satisfy one person! It would have made much more sense if our sushi and Wagyu had been served at the same time, but instead, we were left waiting while our stomachs growled in frustration. To add insult to injury, we watched in disbelief as customers who arrived much later were promptly served their unlimited meals. This was infuriating, especially after our long wait. When we raised our concerns with the staff, they insisted that the other party had arrived first, which we knew wasn’t true. Their justification was baffling—they claimed our medium well order took longer than the medium rare orders. This reasoning simply didn’t make sense to us! At that point, we felt we had no choice but to leave. It was exhausting dealing with staff who seemed unbothered by our situation. We requested our bill for the Ramen and drinks, paid, and left feeling completely disheartened. Dining out should be a pleasurable experience, but our visit tonight was anything but that. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their service, as no customer should ever feel disrespected—especially after patiently waiting for...
Read moreIf you're craving top-notch Wagyu beef and are in Abu Dhabi, this spot might be just what you're looking for. The deal is incredibly reasonable—just 179 AED for two people, which includes unlimited Wagyu beef, a bowl of noodles soup (we went with the Laksa), and a sushi roll (we chose the Volcano roll). For the price, it's honestly a steal.
Let’s start with the highlight—the Wagyu beef. It’s incredibly soft, juicy, and flavorful. Each bite melts in your mouth, and it’s clear they’re serving up quality meat. The portion is generous enough for two people, and while I didn’t need a refill, I did have to pace myself because it was so good I couldn’t stop eating! The only slight critique would be the sauce—it could use a little improvement, as it didn’t quite match the amazing quality of the beef, but that’s a minor issue in the grand scheme of things.
The Laksa soup was flavorful, spicy, and comforting—definitely a great choice to complement the rich Wagyu. And the Volcano sushi roll? Equally satisfying. It had a good balance of flavors and textures, definitely worth trying.
The only hiccup was a slight delay in serving the Wagyu beef, which might have been due to the busy crowd. But once it arrived, it was all worth the wait.
Overall, it’s a fantastic experience with great value for money. If you love Wagyu, this place will not disappoint. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to indulge in some seriously delicious beef without...
