AST Trading LLC — Local services in Abu Dhabi

I arrived at the location, opened the door and entered, and they looked at me like im not welcomed, that by itself made me very uncomfortable but i proceeded with it, so i sat down and no one asked me what i wanted, felt like i was invisible, so then i jumped into explaining what i wanted and then all 3-4 counters started listening which is weird, i didn’t know to who i should be looking at, they looked like i was explaining something in chemistry with a French language, they told me that they dont do what im asking for (even though my friend did it) so then they told me that their colleague who travelled, hes the only one who knows what i wanted which is a simple book binding, that was after i called my friend on the spot and had her swear to god that she did it at AST. Then the Indian manager kept laughing every time i said something (i was just explaining what i want to the Egyptian man) and that almost made me cry from the amount of stress he made me feel, poor poor treatment, bad experience i would never recommend it to anyone not even...

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit. I came in for a simple printing task and was shocked to find myself waiting for nearly an hour to be served.

What made the experience even more frustrating was the apparent lack of urgency and efficiency among the staff. There was little to no communication, and it was evident that the team was not working with the speed or attentiveness that customers should reasonably expect.

I believe in supporting local businesses, but this experience has left me very disappointed. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and that steps will be taken to improve the speed and professionalism of your services...
