The main item 'Lgymat' tastes fine. Not perfect though. But the 1 star is for foul pricing tactics. There are a few portion sizes that are tactfully set to exploit the buyer. Small size is priced right. But the large for eg from L to XL, price difference is 30% while portion size increase is not even 2%. If you ask for two small portions they push for large or XL rather strongly. Last time I ordered L (to not get into argument) and I was charged for XL and after paying, I asked isnt this L? It's too small. They said I asked for XL, which I didn't. That was not miscommunication because it happened before. Also, the Ramadan prices have hiked. They no longer sell small and push for medium that is actually small + 5% more but charge 50% more. They don't need to as they're doing well. But I guess greed makes you do unethical...

Very bad customer service.. I made an order at 9:56 and they said it will be ready within 10 mins.. I went to pick it up and waited till 10:18… the staff are talking to me from a distance and not coming to the car!!! I told them that I made the order for more than 20 mins. Then the person who tool the order came to me and said no you didn’t make the order from 20 mins! And went to get the bill!!! Which was showing the time is 10:07!! His attitude was very bad.. and he left us hanging and went inside!! Worst...

I love to by from them but the staff they don’t feel you welcome even I’m a regular guest when you come the way they talk to you they make you feel you need to leave and don’t by from them and actually it happened many times and I’ll not go back because of the way how they reply specially when the item is not available and is not only me but 5 friends of me they stop going there because of them. I hope if they can teach them just the way how they need to talk but for the food all is good...
