Rainbow Steak House — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

Actually we supposed to give 4-5 stars for the food quality, unfortunately for their customer service, we had such a BAD experienced. Our friend celebrated the 1st birthday party for their baby boy. As far as I know the family booked the venue and availed their packages including with the used of their sound system for the program. The worst part is that their microphone to be use by the emcee/host is not working, so we asked the staff if they have other microphone and the only answer we got from them is "NO" like there's no hope. The waiter even told us that the venue is small and every people can still hear if there's a program, so means that they just want the emcee to shout all throughout the program just get the attention of the guest/visitor's 🤦 Now we went to their management and raised our concern and we are not sure if he is the manager/supervisor. Guest what?! He just told us there's nothing they can do, without even apologizing for the hustle and inconvenience, we were so stressed coz we want this party to be successful. The reason why they have the worst customer service ever because they don't have any initiative when it comes to a problem like this coming from their customers. We suggested that we will just going to buy the microphone to be use and let them reimburse the expenses, then the guy asked about how much will be the cost of it🤦 and quite doubtful as well. I hope they will learn from this kind of situation so that soon they will be be more productive in dealing with their customers. The food was okay, somehow. We were having a wedding ceremony for our dear friends. The place was booked. Everything was fine not until the host bid farewell to everyone. Right after the farewell message finished, the supervisor then immediately closed the lights. TOTAL DISRESPECT!!!! As if the place is not booked and paid! Almost everyone noticed it. We then asked to open the lights. The other guests has minimal vision of the place, not enough to atleast fix and remove the sound system and the stage backdrop. The supervisor then opened the lights however, insisted that the venue was only booked until 4pm. The wedding finished by 5pm. I mean, how can we pull off a wedding in an hour, right?? I understand if there was a misunderstanding about the time but it's a total disrespect in our part that they had to turn off the lights to make us all leave the place fast. They also reasoned out that there was a buffet by 6pm but still not a valid reason. They can talk to us in a professional manner and not by simply being rude and disrespectful. 5/5 stars! We had a fantastic lunch experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the barcode soup, mix platter, and dessert, and each dish exceeded our expectations. The complimentary basil tea was a lovely touch and expertly prepared. What truly made our visit stand out, however, was the exceptional service. We had the pleasure of meeting the manager, and the staff were incredibly caring and humble.
