What a terrible service I have experienced today. I placed manoushe order at 9:27 am and specifically chose street manoushe since it is located in Motor City and I'm ordering to Sports City so it's basically less than 10mins away! I ordered 10 manoushe in a box and mentioned I want them flat opened and not rolled like a sandwich. 10:21 am I received a phone call saying that for quality services they can't keep them flat opened and we agreed to have them folded just 1 fold. I received the manoushe box all rolled. I called 45mins ago and was very angry obviously for waiting so long and then receiving the order not as I asked for. It's now 11:05 am and I still haven't received the corrected order!! What a shame worst...

The food is good. This rating is after ordering from entertainer app. It said 45 minutes average. I called after one hour and 20 minutes. The app showed ‘enroute’ Then, the order simply disappeared after I called.

They called me to say there was an issue with the order and the restaurant didn’t receive it. You food has not even been prepared. “We can offer you complimentary soft drinks” but the food will take more than 30 minutes to arrive. Me and my wife had to cook something as the children were way past their bed time. I should have told them to shove their soft drinks up the a##^^{^^]*+¥$€^%!!...

What a strange experience I had. I always come to the same JBR place and order the same dish which is Manasseh with akawi cheese , the cost of it is 14 AED +1 AED for the box. And I know it very well. Always have been like that. What a surprise was for me today when they said cause it's for take away I have to pay 2 AED extra. I wonder why. Are they the one who deliver the dish to me. No . I'm the one who is sitting in a cafe and collecting my own dish and paying with card . I don't get it. Why do I need to pay 2 AED extra. I hope management will look...
