Allo Beirut - Dubai Festival City Mall — Restaurant in Dubai

I recently visited this restaurant, and while the food is undeniably good and flavorful, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff seems to have a poor system in place when it comes to handling customers.

Despite having a proper queue, the employees often serve people who approach from the side, ignoring those who have been waiting patiently. This creates a frustrating and unfair experience for diners who follow the rules. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of organization and respect for customers.

If they can improve the way they manage service and enforce a fair system, this place would truly be worth visiting. Until then, be prepared for potential frustration, no matter how good...

Don’t even waste your time coming here, they don’t have an organized order fulfillment routine so someone who ordered 30 minutes after you will get their order before you just because they came to the counter and the guy wanted them gone.

Not even joking it took 40 minutes and our beeper didnt go off, then the guy asked if we already received some of the items (???).

Not to mention some of the items were sitting on our tray uncovered for over 20 mins while we waited for them to cook the items one by one.
