Bocca — Restaurant in Dubai

Yesterday I decided to buy a healthy smoothie from this shop. The Filipino national lady doesn't know anything and she just wants to sell whatever available. If I want to buy anything available, I could've bought something from the grocery next to them. I asked for iron man smoothie to be prepared fresh. They prepared something else and she lied by saying that I said so. Waste of 22 dirhams for something not worth 5 dirhams. They even used ginger powder instead of fresh, they thought i didn't hear that when they talk in their language. All in all, Filipino style restaurant, loud music, incompetent staff, overrated food. Of course I would never ever visit them again....

very nice little coffee shop. good drinks and coffee. regular customer visiting everyday.

one major feedback: except for one lady at the counter, all other order taking staff are very inattentive and seem uninterested to take the order when customers are waiting at the cash register. doesn't give a good impression.

outside sitting area furniture can...

The owner and the staff are very friendly and welcoming, their food is yummy and their coffee as well.

I enjoyed my meal today and will definitely visit this...
