Bubee Drinks Cafe, Burjuman Centre — Restaurant in Dubai

Pathetic Customer Service, Taste, and Waste of Money I was going to Happy Lemon or Share Tea as they have always been my favourites but I found this one first so thought to give it a try. I was visiting Bubee for first time and I wanted hot bubble tea but instead i got a glass of too much ice and barely there tea and pearls! On asking them for a hot one, the Filipino cashier said ok you should have told me first that u wanted hot. I replied him did u ask? I’m here for the first time I didnt know, but nevermind just remove the ice, I’ll have it cold. He said ok we will remove the ice. Till this, all was somehow fine BUT removing the ice was a nightmare for them. He asked the Indian woman (who prepares the order) to remove ice but she was more interested in telling me that i didn’t inform them about no ice. This infuriated me I asked the cashier Why is she talking? Why is she so annoyed? I didn’t even talk to her. Although, I thought you would serve hot drink, still I’m ready to take it cold. While I’m in conversation with the cashier, that woman instead of doing her job, said that this is Bubee its just serving cold items as she removed ice. I told the cashier I didn’t even talk to her. She better do her job. The cashier saw me angry he said its ok we will remove ice no issue. That woman shouldn’t be working there because she is not ready for a medium like that. She needs alot of training, patience, starting from focusing on her work and keeping mouth shut when not required! Moreover, the whole staff should be trained on how to take orders, and what to ask! They are lucky I had a toddler with me and was in a hurry otherwise I would have given it to her and there would have been a scene. PS: The taste sucks. Its just ice, i saw it when she was removing ice cubes she had to fill my glass with more tea, otherwise I would not have taken it. Go to Share Tea or any other place instead. Don’t waste your time...

I’ve tried Bubee a couple times and it’s been particularly from this branch. It’s always been the same flavor (classic chocolate with Oreo toppings) Average staff, no complaints there. They’re not very friendly but that’s the least of my concerns. I got the same flavor today, the one I’ve been ordering literally every time I order from here and it tasted off from the very first sip. Tasted very diluted and I know for a fact there’s always some consistency to it but this one just made me gag. To make it worse, I found this bit of plastic coir/thick fibre in one of the pearls. I wouldn’t leave a bad review unless there was a significant issue. I’m sure not everyone’s experience will turn out the same but it brings into question the quality of ingredients Bubee is using. Wouldn’t wanna find something else stuck in my pearls lol. Never...

Good day! I just want to share my experience in your Burjuman branch. It's not something so serious (just annoying) and it surely will affect the customer service quality. I'm a fun of Bubee and been in that branch many times, last night I was there again at around past 8pm (13/06/2021) and the guy there doesn't know how to say thank you at all and just keeping the orders in the corner without showing any friendly manner, which I find it rude and he was like that even before. Kudos to the guy who is in the branch of karama, he is alone but managing it well and so...
