Shri Krishna Express — Restaurant in Dubai

As name says express means fast. This is slowest ever joint in entire Burjuman food court. One single sada dosa took 40 mins to be served. That also upon reminding them twice we got our order. All customers were turned off by the time taken to serve food. This is not first time. It’s everytime. Management should do something about it as people are driven here by its name but service provided is poor quality. Either speed up the service or increase the number of chefs.

One normal tea took them 15 mins to serve just imagine. Badly managed joint which could have been much more then its name. Sadly my kids slept by the time dosa came that too too hard one. We had to leave it midway n go as hell Lot of time was wasted for 1 single dish with tea.

I recently visited this place and I must say it’s one of the best South Indian vegetarian restaurants I’ve tried in Dubai! The food tastes just like home — fresh, flavorful, and made with care.

I ordered the Onion Pakoda, and it was simply amazing! Crispy on the outside, soft inside, and full of that perfect onion-spice flavor. It was served hot nd crisp that made every bite even more delicious. You can really tell they use good-quality ingredients and traditional preparation.

The staff were very polite, friendly, and attentive. They served with a smile and made sure everything was perfect. It feels nice to see such genuine hospitality. And they were good at recomending the dishes

Take out for chai..very bad customer service… first of all chai does not have Sugar added ok they give separate but they don’t allow you to even stand there for 2 more minutes until you add the sugar..as soon as u are given you are asked to leave the counter immediately and they are telling me madam you are not allowed to eat here … when all that I did was just get sugarless chai from their counter and add some sugar in it standing in that counter before I can pick up n leave …. This was my first experience with them picking chai and it was not good … I always pick up from haldiraam s burjuman and thier services always good … they don’t chase away the customers…very...
