The worst Jollibee branch I've ever been to in Dubai. I made an order for dine-in but, gave me a take-away order instead. There were not too many customers at that time and not that busy, and I asked them why it was like that. Instead of making an apology, the crew just told me the order was complete and it was like there was nothing to complain about. But after I returned to our table, I noticed that I had a missing order (because the food was packed as take-away🙄) and I needed to go back to the counter to ask about it. And the same scenario; no apology at all. And here's another one at the same time. My order was a 3-kiddie meal, and they gave me the wrong toy. There were supposed to be 3 toys. The cashier told me before I confirmed my order that the jollibee character toy was not available at that time and she told me that the others were available, so I asked for hamburger, sundae and fries character toys. And then I noticed that she had given me 2 sundae. And of course, I needed to go back to the counter again for the third time to ask about it. And like the same attitude of the staff, instead of saying sorry, she just explained and explained and it's so annoying. I mean, common sense, why are you giving me the same toy if you have another character available?Why do I need to ask you about it if you accept my order and I have already told you what I want. If that character is not available, then give me the available but different one. Is it really hard to accept your mistake and say you are sorry? They make you go back and forth to the counter. The staff of this branch don't know how to make an apology for their mistake, but instead they make you feel that it's your fault. Its so rude. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND DOESN’T CARE HOW YOU FEEL. Read moreFirst Jollibee I went to who had such poor service, poor food quality and a dirty environment. Let me explain further. When I went here Carlo took our order first he paid no attention to taking our order he missed out an item and secondly he said we cant have pepsi with the 4 pc jollibee meal only pineapple juice. I asked again so no more pepsi he said yes only pineapple and he even asked if we want to upsize it. Next while I was waiting for the order I saw Carlo did not punch something so I approached Awais who was 10 times better and at the same time he also tried checking for our remaining items but he said it will take time.I asked Awais on my order could I have pepsi instead of pineapple he said yes its possible so I asked why did Carlo say its not. He apologized on Carlo’s behalf. Awais eventually got busy with other customers so I understand but no one else tried to arrange our order and I was waiting and walking around looking to ask someone until the manager Shane approached me and she went to the back and got the food. Now is the main part when we got our order Spaghetti was fine but the spicy chicken when I removed the tooth pick BLOOD oozed out of the chicken leg and the other 2 pcs of chicken also had blood on it. So I approached the manager showing her I have 3 pcs of chicken undercooked and also informed her about what Carlo did. She apologized and did her part she was understanding but really Jollibee is this the kind of food and service and atmosphere your representing recently? Sadly I didnt take a video of the food or any picture I regret not doing it I should have so I could raise a further complain . Read moreRecently I encountered a problem regarding with my 3 consecutive order with the jollibee that leads me to sent them an email on regards with my thoughts with the service. I really admire the call center agent (bong) who called me right away after i sent an email, and he made sure that he can give a better resolution for having a bad experienced. Not all agent can REALLY MADE a fastest resolution for the problem. But he did! And i admire him for being an effective customer service representative. Same as well for the manager miss shane who did everything she can to compromise with the incident. She acknowledged and respond at ease. She knows how to emphatized which sometimes help the people who have bad experience to feel they are heard and understood. And this is a real quality of a manager should have nowadays specially here in dubai. Some of the managers from different companies and food industry are rude and they dont know anything how to solve a simple problem. Its not about because of the complimentary food they sent me which is too much. But its about how they acknowledged you, and for me as customer its really important and I really appreciated this kind of treatment. i saw how these people respond quickly to a such not major problem situation and they did everything to make it up to you and make u feel a valued customer.
