This review is based entirely on my personal experience and perspective, and Iâm sharing it to help other job seekers who may have doubts about the process.
I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Suhail Shahab Enterprises Human Resources Consultancies for their excellent service and support throughout my job search. Special appreciation goes to Mr. Suhail Shahab and his dedicated team for being incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional at every stage. They answered all my questions patiently and guided me through each step, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
I came across their job advertisement on Indeed, and since it was for an urgent vacancy, I immediately visited their office. I had my first interview there, and within just three days, I was called for a final interview at another location. After completing the process, I was thrilled to receive an offer letter within a couple of days. I canât express how lucky and grateful I feel to have found such a consultancy, especially since I ended up getting hired by a well-reputed company, which was exactly what I was seeking.
Now, I do want to highlight something important for other job seekers: this is a paid service, and understandably, not a charity. They charge a registration fee of AED 50, which includes adding you to a WhatsApp group where current vacancies are shared. You can apply directly to suitable positions through that group. Compared to other agencies that often ask AED 150â350 or more, sometimes with no results, this fee seemed fair and reasonable.
After registration, they also informed me about a 60% deduction from the salary offered during the interview. This payment needs to be made upfront at the time of signing the job offer letter as part of their service agreement. (Please note that this amount may vary depending on the job position, so itâs important to clarify these details early.) In my view, transparency from the beginning would further enhance the experience for both the company and job seekers.
When reviewing feedback online, I noticed that many of the negative reviews mainly centered around the AED 50 registration fee. In most cases, the dissatisfaction seemed to come from paying the fee without fully understanding the process. However, based on my experience, people who went through the full process and achieved successful results have shared positive reviews. From what I observed, many job seekers may not have done enough research about the company beforehand. If you search properly, you will find that the companyâs history, process, and service method are clearly mentioned.
Thanks to them, I am now working for a large and reputable company, and they delivered exactly what they promised. I know there are mixed reviews online.. I had the same doubts initially, but after going through the full process, I can honestly say they supported me every step of the way and made my journey pleasant and successful.
Finding a genuine consultancy in Dubai isnât easy. 90% of agencies are scams, and only about 10% are trustworthy. I truly believe Suhail Shahab Enterprises is among that genuine 10%. Iâm thankful I trusted them and took the chance, and I highly recommend them to anyone serious about finding the right job in the UAE.
Wishing the team continued successâkeep supporting job seekers and helping people achieve...

I was invited for an interview by this HR consultancy after applying for a position. Before attending, I reviewed online feedback and saw concerns related to payment requirements. To clarify, I contacted the number provided in their interview invitation.
I was informed that:
A 50 AED registration or interview fee is required.
70% of the first monthâs salary must be paid in advance, prior to signing the offer letter.
These terms were not disclosed in the original job posting or interview communication.
Additionally, I noticed that the positive reviews on Google Maps come from accounts with only a single review, which raised concerns about the authenticity of those testimonials.
As a professional candidate, I have encountered many organizations that explicitly state they do not charge candidates any fees and adhere to fair hiring practices without discrimination. These payment terms and review patterns caused me to reconsider proceeding with this opportunity.
To clarify, this is my personal experience and I am not making any claims about the legitimacy or intentions of the organization. I chose not to proceed based on the information provided to me.
I share this to help other job seekers be aware, ask the right questions and make informed decisions.
If you are unwilling to incur these fees, it may be advisable to reconsider attending the interview, as travel and related expenses could represent a financial loss should you choose not to engage their services.

Read moreThese people are scammers I registered with them in March 2023 and they called me for interview saying that I have a job offer. Only when I reached there I found that itâs their agencyâs interview. Asked me to pay 50 AED and told that they will call me when the offer is finalised. No reply after that and whenever I tried to contact them they will tell me to wait. Finally they told me I donât have UAE experience thats why they couldnât find me a job. Didnât you know that from the CV ? And why to tell there is a job offer pending ? Lot of people come there everyday so 50 AED from each is a good earning. And I think all those who commented here saying this company is good are being paid. Just because itâs 50 AED nobody complaints. If you donât want to throw away 50 bucks , donât go there.
NB: Now they will reply to this message will be They couldnât fine me because I didnât register with them .. blah blah blah. Please check properly. You will find me 2 .Or they are gonna threaten me with legal action. Because you think we donât know the rules of this country Or they are gonna come up with some excuse as to â see the work we are doing , our time is valuable , etcâ
I donât know about others but this is my experience here and a lot of others. Also if you see at the negative comments you can see these people threatening those who are telling the truth. A reputed genuine company will...
