This was my fifth visit to this place, and I'm familiar with their food, drinks, and atmosphere. I booked a table to celebrate my graduation and specifically requested a particular table. The booking lady congratulated me and assured me we would have our usual table. However, upon arrival, the host seated us at a corner table. When I mentioned that I had booked the other table, she said it was now taken. I moved to another table, and the waiter, with an incredibly rude attitude, told me that I didn't have the right to change tables(by law as a customeras long as you are paying for what you order and the tables don'thave an opening charge you can set wherever you want). I explained the situation, but he continued his rude behavior he threatened to call the manager. I asked him to do so, when no manager came he got offended. The waiter then started giving us attitude, refused to serve our table. When I confronted him, saying we were here to enjoy ourselves and didn't need his attitude, he and the bartender started tampering with our drinks I ask for orange sangria which mentioned white wine as one of the ingredients but it did taste any wine the bar tender argues as if it is my first time to have sangria that you should taste the wine because its orange sangria, then by mistake or intentionally putting alcohol into my friend's mocktails. When my friend asked them to change the drink because it contained alcohol, they refused, insisting they were 100% sure there was no alcohol. When my friend asked them to taste it, they declined, saying it was her drink. She argued "How can they be 100% sure it doesn't contain alcohol then?" Anywhere in dubai (as a muslim state) if a client says there is alcohol in my drink and I don't you don't have the right to question, you immediately change, my friend was almost calling the police to find out themselves by testing the drink if there is alcohol! I've never encountered such disgusting behavior from a waiter with such low standards. The manager tried to defend the bizarre service but then later apologized. if we wanted to create a legal problem, we definitely could. Please train your staff on local laws and the rights of a customer to avoid unnecessary consequences due to their ignorant behaviours.

Read moreMy experience at En Fuego, Atlantis, began with high expectations, but it quickly fell short due to disappointing service and a lackluster dining experience.
Upon arrival, the restaurant was at only 30% occupancy, yet when we approached the hostess without a reservation, we were met with an indifferent and almost unwelcoming attitude. Although we were hotel guests and provided our room number, the manager, Nabil, looked at us as though we were inconveniencing him. There was no warm welcome or hospitality—just a cold, uninviting reception.
We were seated after a bit of a wait, and it took 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order. We requested specific condiments along with our meal, but our food arrived without them, and it became clear why the service was so fast: the dishes seemed pre-prepared. My "Sizzling Chicken Fajitas" were served stone-cold without any sizzle. The rice was room temperature, and the only hot item on the table was the cassava chips, which had clearly just been fried.
We repeatedly requested the condiments but were constantly told they were on their way, which they never were. Frustrated, I approached the assistant manager and explained the situation. He apologized and assured us the food would be reheated, but when it returned 15 minutes later, it was still cold, and our condiments were still missing.
At this point, I asked to speak to Nabil, the manager. Rather than approaching us with understanding, he came over with an aggressive attitude, seemingly ready for confrontation rather than offering assistance. When I asked him to feel the food temperature and requested that he try it, his response was a curt, "I will not try the food." This dismissive attitude felt deeply unprofessional, especially from a manager whose role is to ensure guest satisfaction.
In a venue like Atlantis, known for its exceptional dining experiences, En Fuego was a major letdown. The lack of warmth, delayed service, and unprofessional conduct from the management team turned what was supposed to be a pleasant meal into a frustrating experience. There are numerous other dining options at Atlantis, and I would suggest exploring...
Read moreAn absolute disaster, the worst brunch I’ve ever experienced in Dubai.
I had heard whispers about how underwhelming the food was at En Fuego, but my boyfriend told me he had been there several times a long time ago and really enjoyed it, so I chose to ignore the bad reviews and believe in him. I walked in with high hopes, genuinely excited and left completely disillusioned.
The service? A nightmare. No one, absolutely no one was paying attention. Our water glasses sat empty the entire time, and we had to hunt down staff just to get the basics. I asked for salt, never arrived. I didn’t even bother asking for wet wipes after that, because at that point, it was obvious no one cared. And as if that weren’t enough, the food portions were tiny considering how many people were at our table.
We didn’t even receive the starters. There were supposed to be three kinds, we got none. We arrived before the mains were served, but no one noticed, or perhaps the hostess forgot to inform the waiter that we had just joined. So we were simply skipped. The only thing we managed to eat from the starters were a few cold leftovers that had already been sitting on the table. That’s the reason why I ended up ordering a portion of patacones, hoping for at least one warm, fresh bite. They said they’d “check with the kitchen” only to come back and say it was too late. Meanwhile, I watched other tables around us still receiving food.
The drinks were another letdown, overly sweet, artificial, and tasted like the cheapest alcohol imaginable. Honestly, the only thing that showed effort was the show and even that couldn’t save the disaster unfolding around it.
I didn’t walk out only because it was my friend’s birthday and I didn’t want to ruin her celebration otherwise, I would’ve been out of there within the first hour.
Overpriced, overrated, and utterly disappointing. En Fuego is all flash and no substance. I would never go back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone not even for the “show.” I’m giving one star only because I can’t give zero.
