I had the pleasure of dining at Gordon Ramsay's Street Pizza at Atlantis the Palm, and it was an experience I won't soon forget. The concept of "Bottomless Pizza" is simply brilliant, and it's a must-visit for pizza lovers like me. The highlight of the meal was, without a doubt, the endless slices of various pizza flavors. The variety of pizzas served was impressive, and each slice was a delightful surprise. My personal favorite was the corn pizza; it had a unique and delicious flavor that I couldn't get enough of. One aspect that added to the enjoyment of the meal was the complimentary soft drinks. It's a nice touch that complements the pizza experience perfectly. Having a refreshing beverage to sip on while indulging in those mouthwatering slices made the meal even more enjoyable. To top it all off, ending the meal with soft serve or sorbet ice cream was the perfect sweet finale. It's a satisfying way to round off the pizza feast. Gordon Ramsay's Street Pizza at Atlantis the Palm offers not just a meal but a delightful culinary adventure. The "Bottomless Pizza" concept is a winner, and the quality and variety of pizzas are exceptional. With the added bonus of free soft drinks and a sweet ending, it's an experience that I highly recommend. Whether you're a pizza enthusiast or simply looking for a unique and enjoyable dining experience, this place is a must-visit. Thank you for the wonderful food and memorable experience!

We dined at Pizza Street by Gordon Ramsey in Atlantis, The Palm. The food was decent, but nothing special—just your average pizza. Unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. The waitstaff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to customers. We had to ask multiple times for our table to be cleared, and it took them about 10 minutes to respond. After placing our order, we waited another 10 minutes before receiving our first slice, and then it took an additional 15 minutes for them to bring out the next one. The pace was frustratingly slow, and the servers didn’t communicate well. The restaurant itself was dark and uncomfortably warm, making it hard to read the menu. When we ordered drinks, they arrived in bottles, but the label was hard to see—especially since it only indicated the size (330 ml) without clarity. Overall, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The pizza (if you actually get served) is ok, although it lacks toppings. The best part of the pizza is the dough itself. We ordered the bottomless pizza (99 AED) and bottomless drinks (35 AED) for 134aed but only managed to get 5 slices of cold pizza and 1 diet coke in a space of 2 hours. The service is one of the worst I've experienced. We asked for a drink refill multiple times and the servers would just ignore us. We ended up with a useless bottomless drink which was limited to 1 drink it seems. As for the pizza itself, it felt like by the time the servers would get to our table either the pizza had finished or it was cold. On 2 separate occasions we didn't have anyone come near our table for 20 minutes, we had to literally call someone over and request a pizza for them to acknowledge it. I would not advise or recommend street pizzas to anyone There are much better pizzerias in Dubai with better service and slightly cheaper in price.

I had one of the worst travel experiences here last spring !! I've tried to forget it but I guess writing this review will help. My wife and I wanted some ice-cream and I thought what could be better than Gordon Ramsay's...

So, we visited here for ice-cream 2 times in about 3 hours that we were in the area for. Both times, the ice cream was really good but we got like mental scars during the billing process.

The first time, I lined up to order at the inner counter near the ice-cream bar. When I reached the counter, I asked if I could get ice-cream. The guy at the counter waited like 5 seconds before he said "YOU CAN" while not looking at me. He was doing something and kept working at it for another 20 seconds. Total silence !! Then suddenly like in a seizure he started taking order from the person behind me. When I asked "whats this ?"...he rolled his eyes and said "what do you want". Really, this was Hells's counter for sure. I felt like he did this purposely to me. His demeanor was very different while talking to a "Certain" type of gentry.

The second time was equally insulting, this time I thought I'll order from lobby facing counter. The snobbish girl working here wanted to get my order wrapped up asap. Again, I felt so unwelcome with her trying cut conversation super short. As, I expected, she didn't hear the order properly and was giving me something I didn't order. When I questioned her, she threw a fit and started mumbling. Kept rolling her eyes till she handed over my ice-cream.

Overall it seemed like these cashiers were rich snobs in real life but were being forced to work here. Destroying ppl's happy times. I hope someone does the same to their holidays....

I hope Gordon Ramsay reads this review and affects...

Totally wasted and horrific night. Avoid this place if you are a family. They have two menus one is a pizza menu, the other a dining menu that doesn't have pizza at all. We went to this place as our son wanted the pizza. I dislike pizza. Options given to us by the staff were to put our son on a different table in a different part of the restaurant while we were on a different table. For my sons sake, I ate a small amount of very low quality pizza that was inferior to any chain pizza restaurant and went hungry. The waiter thought the situation was funny.

I asked the manager, and her rationale was that it is two separate restaurants. However, she admitted that the restaurant has one manager and the same staff, and so in reality, it is not two restaurants it is one restaurant with two sections. It means ultimately, she had total discretion to have helped us. She was adamant that the only solution was for our son to sit on a different table to us. To employ a manager who is trying to fracture a family into two is disgraceful in the extreme. It's...
