I’m one of the regular customer at otantik restaurant everything was nice before when we used to come till few months back but today very crazy thing happened we went to the restaurant and I reached the restaurant manager who was showing menu to just a walking guy who had no interest in sitting at the restaurant he showed me a cold shoulder and then he said to me Cant u see i was with customer i said i he is just checking menu while im interested to sit at your restaurant and eat and i am fasting so i need a table for my family and for answer he said i am also fasting you can go and sit there ok i ignored and sit then i called the waiter who didn’t understand English he gave menu then he send another waiter to whom i told plz bring the set menu after taking order he disappeared when he know im fasting and no water or dates were served on the table even i told them about fast after i brought water from my car to open fast then the waiter came back to ask for order again then I told him we are not interested to eat here since u don’t respect your customer and month of ramadan and the manager was super rude he have no respect for customer and he doesn’t have skills to do customer service he should be fired at once and if u guys want your restaurant to work u should really train your staff and yes I don’t recommend this restaurant and i will never wanna come and eat there again.. worst day at otantik...

Thanks to the best manager Mr. Emre Chinar and the best guy in Otantik , Makzoun! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Otantik, a newly opened Turkish restaurant located on Sheikh Zayed Road. The moment I stepped in, I was transported to a small piece of Istanbul in Dubai.

The authentic Turkish cuisine was exceptional, with a vast breakfast spread that featured an array of cheeses, omelets, traditional Turkish mezes, and jams. The Turkish bread was mouthwatering!

What truly made our experience stand out was the exceptional service. Manager Emre did an outstanding job ensuring everything ran smoothly, while Makzoun went above and beyond to make our day. The entire staff was attentive, caring, and embodied the renowned Turkish hospitality.

The ambiance was also noteworthy, with a delightful mix of Turkish and Arabic music, including the legendary Fairouz, adding to the charm.
