My recent experience at the Jollibee branch in Business Bay left me disheartened and dissatisfied. Despite my anticipation for the renowned Filipino flavors, the visit was marred by a series of disappointments.
Firstly, the excessive delay in serving our food was frustrating. The prolonged wait tested our patience, and the situation was exacerbated by the repeated extensions of the estimated waiting time. These delays were not only inconvenient but also affected the overall enjoyment of the dining experience.
What further exacerbated the disappointment was the apparent preference for online orders over those of us physically present at the restaurant. It was disheartening to see online orders being prioritized, while we, as on-site customers, were left waiting. This prioritization not only diminished the quality of service but also made us feel undervalued as patrons.
Regrettably, despite our patience, the culmination of these issues led us to cancel our order, feeling unsatisfied and overlooked. This decision was made with a heavy heart as we had eagerly looked forward to experiencing the renowned dishes that Jollibee has to offer.

Very poor customer service. We ordered some food and waited there for 45 minutes, yet we didn't get the food. When we checked with them, they again said we needed to wait for the next 30 minutes to get the food. So we canceled the order. Since we didn't have any time to wait and waste, we gave the cash for the items that we got (a bottle of Pepsi, some french fries, and coleslaw) and left the restaurant. Very pathetic service. At least they should inform us before we order the food, like how much actual time it takes to prepare the food. They initially said it would take around 15-20 minutes, but we waited more than 45 minutes and didn't get that food, and they also told us to wait for 30 minutes more. Very bad service. Very slow service and disappointing staff. Actually, for this kind of service, I should give it a 0 or no star ⭐️ as a rating, but there is no option to do so, which is why I am giving it a star. We had ordered chicken joy bucket and they asked to wait for 20 mins. But even after reaching the expected time the order was not prepared and they kept asking for more time. We saw several other orders after us and other online orders being prepared from the kitchen, make us feeling that we were ignored .
Upon asking for the expected time they were keep adding time and ended up waiting a total of 40 mins indicating staffs has no clear idea when they can deliver.
We came on our lunch break time didn’t had much time to wait more and decided to cancel the order and left for work on an empty stomach. Never had such an awful feeling before as a customer.
To add more, we were waited around 15 mins on a dirty table and no one cared of. Very bad experience.
It was the first time we tried Jollibee and got ended up the last time probably.
