Best burgers in town. You choose from a wide selection of toppings you can add for free. Hot dogs and milkshakes are great too. Huge portions of fries, always order smaller than you think. Avoid the restaurant if peanut-allergic.
This is one branch of several in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Its an American chain which is very popular in USA. Having tried it in USA too I can say UAE branches have maintained the standards.
You start by ordering at the counter. You always get your order in the take away paper bag even if dining in. Food is served fast but you can have some peanuts while you wait. Those are free and on hand for everyone.
Vegetarians can find food too, they have grilled cheese sandwiches which are pretty good too. But I always have the burgers and hot dogs.
My least favorite part is the following:
The burgers you ordered are wrapped individually in foil. Each gets a sticker with a number. Occasionally, the numbering is not accurate to the number on the order.
The meat in the burger tastes fresh and the vegetables as well. Thats where I enjoy this burger more than Shake Shack. Plus the milkshake and hot dogs are better. I feel Shake Shack is also more expensive for a less delicious burger than Five Guys. However, Shake Shack does offer chicken sandwiches too.
I only wish Five Guys offered Onion Rings too.... It would make it...
Read moreI recently visited Five Guys Burgers with a friend and had the opportunity to try their renowned Beef Burger along with freshly prepared Potato Fries. Although I am not typically a fast-food enthusiast, the reputation of the restaurant prompted the visit. The food exceeded expectations—the quality and taste were excellent, justifying the premium pricing.
In the restaurant business, maintaining consistent quality and flavor is crucial, and Five Guys delivers on both fronts. The staff were professional, attentive, and welcoming, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Parking is conveniently located in the basement, offering 30 minutes free, with additional time waived upon bill scanning, which is a thoughtful touch for guests.
The cleanliness of the main entrance and the overall facility reflects the high standards of the kitchen. The washrooms are well-maintained, with separate facilities for ladies and gents, which enhances the overall dining experience.
Regarding seating, the sofa area is non-sofa seating could be improved to encourage guests to stay longer. Strategically, management may intend to limit extended stays.
Overall, Five Guys Burgers offers an outstanding dining experience. From the superior food quality to attentive staff and impeccable hygiene, it sets a high standard in the...
Read moreNice overall experience and food… yet not mind-blowing.
The place has its own unique setup. Menu options are limited—mainly burgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, and a few extras with toppings. Tasty and filling, definitely worth trying, but a bit overhyped.
In general:
Taste & flavor: 8/10 – Juicy and satisfying, but we’ve had better in Baghdad.
Cleanliness & packaging: 8/10 – They have their own system.
Service & speed: 9/10 – Very fast, a strong point. My card had expired and I didn’t notice, so I paid cash and they were cool about it.
Price: 6/10 – Prices are high compared to Iraq. We're not in Iraq, but still feels expensive.
Portion/size: 7.5/10 – Seems smaller than usual. But it fills you up—regular wrap with fries and cola is really heavy. The burger is delicious, but adding more toppings turns it from a wrap into something more like biryani!
Conclusion: Worth trying. Good food, fast service, nice atmosphere, but overpriced. (3 cheeseburgers + 1 large fries + juice + 2 colas = $64 USD). They have free drink refills and pistachio flavor too, which is nice. All in all, a...
