My experience at this restaurant was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. I cannot emphasize enough how inconsiderate the staff, especially Chef Amit, was during our visit. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment due to the way we were treated.

Despite boasting a 5-star rating, the staff displayed a complete lack of regard for simple dietary requirements. As vegetarians, we expected that a restaurant of this caliber would be able to accommodate our needs without issue. However, instead of trying to find a solution, Chef Amit argued with us as if we were asking for some complimentary, extravagant meal. It was as if our request for vegetarian options was an inconvenience to him.

When we mentioned that other 5-star restaurants in the vicinity, including some at the Palm Dubai, were able to cater to vegetarian guests without any trouble, Chef Amit's response was nothing short of shocking. He stated that we should not compare this restaurant with others and that it was on a different level entirely. This left us bewildered, wondering what standard of service and cuisine they were trying to achieve.

For a restaurant claiming to be a 5-star property, the limited selection of eating options was quite disheartening. Considering the considerable amount we spent (over 100 euros for a couple), we expected a more diverse and satisfying spread. Instead, we were met with a narrow range of choices, and to make matters worse, the staff, particularly Mr. Amit, was highly arrogant and dismissive of our concerns.

Management seriously needs to address these issues and take action to rectify the situation. Customers should not be subjected to such a disappointing experience, especially at a supposed 5-star restaurant. The staff's behavior was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful towards their patrons.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against dining at this restaurant. The lack of consideration for guests' dietary needs, combined with the dismissive and arrogant behavior of Chef Amit, makes this place far from worthy of its claimed 5-star status.
