Kyma Beach Dubai — Restaurant in Dubai

I have visited this place several times, but my last experience was both the best and the worst at the same time. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the services provided were excellent. However, I felt that the security guard was focused only on our table, which made me and my guests uncomfortable and ultimately led us to leave earlier than planned.

It seemed as though he was restricting our freedom to enjoy our time by closely monitoring our behavior, while leaving others alone. I cannot deny that he had warned us that jumping was not allowed, even though the pool was almost empty. However, after that, he began watching every single movement inside the pool. What surprised me most was that he eventually called other guards to remove some of my guests from the pool in an unpleasant and unnecessary manner.

For the record, I spoke to the security guard politely and professionally. I told him that if there was any violation, we would fully comply with the rules and ensure that no one entered the pool again. I also requested that we at least be allowed to enjoy our time outside if the concern was only with the pool. Unfortunately, my request was firmly rejected, and we were made to feel as though we had to leave immediately.

This caused us great embarrassment in front of others—especially since it was a group gathering—and it left us feeling as though we had committed a serious offense. The way additional guards were called in only made the situation more unpleasant and humiliating. I am certain there are security cameras monitoring the area, and I sincerely hope you will review them in addressing my complaint.

After this experience, I have decided not to visit again, and I will advise others to be cautious about...

Overall the place itself is nice, but we have faced a horrible situation. We had a friend’s birthday celebration, just 5 girls, we went for lunch. When me and my friend arrived, we saw the birthday girl was waiting for us. We directly went to the restaurant to meet her, as we saw her through glass windows. In the reception there were about 15 people standing in the queue, on the heat +40… I believe they were in queue to go to beach, not restaurant. We enter the place, immediately being stopped by security, rudely saying we have to go back to the queue and wait till get seated. Excuse me, but the host who has booked the place was already waiting, and again, we went to restaurant, NOT the beach. The manager, NICK, had horrible attitude as he came to us and said “with this behavior we might not serve you today”. WHAT? Just entering the restaurant and not standing on a +40° heat is a bad behavior? How can a manager say so??? At least be polite. And NICK could not stop, he kept talking to all of us that we have to behave. EXCUSE ME? What kind of service is it? How can he talk to guests like that? Are we children in his kindergarten? The most wonderful thing was then when our other 2 girls came, separately, they entered same way and he didn’t say anything.. he spoiled our mood, the birthday girl was very upset with this situation, and we could not continue to enjoy. So be aware, that workers in this place has very high attitude and crown on their head without any reason. It’s not even a top place in Dubai, and this type of situations should not take...

It’s a total package of everything & absolutely loved the place as we step in 😍 Perfect place to chill, listen to great Music, Sip your cocktails Dip in The pool & end it with Lip Smacking Food 😍

What a place and this has gone in my favorites & must must try place 💯 Ensure to book as you relax soaking yourself in the sun and take a Dip in between with beach views 😍

Special mention to the service as it was fully booked still every guest was taken good care & also there was someone coming to clean your 🕶️ 😍

By the pool you could try the Greek Salad(one of the best one 😋) Fried Calamari 💯 & Of course the Margarita ♥️

After the beach Pool day we moved inside to restaurant and had some lip smacking food - Salmon Carpaccio, Watermelon Feta Salad, Fresh Oysters 😋😋 as starters and they were super fresh and Yummmm

For main course we had the fresh catch of day - Grilled Seabass and Tiger prawns and OMG the best one 🤤🤤

One of the best thing I loved it how they removed the Bone and we could conveniently have the fish with no hassle, slight seasoned and super fresh 💯💯

Greek dessert with thin pastry and Orange Cream was Fab 😍
