Oh my, gosh where do I start! I loved every minute from start to end! Special mention to amazing Francesca who looked after us. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality and attentiveness, you made our visit very welcoming and I will always look back at this day fondly. The food looked very small per person initially, however the end result I was left feeling so full and content! I liked all the flavours and small finger food variates of pastries and sandwiches. Favourite was the pistachio choux and egg truffle sandwich. Unlimited teas and coffees with a decent-ish selection.. with iced option too. I only wished that masala chai tea flavour would have been an option too! And to have one more scone maybe too - they were lush 😇 Nevertheless, I had a fabulous time and I don’t regret the calories! Thanks for the lovely seating outside prepared without requesting, the ambience and temperature was perfect....

Usually afternoon tea is supposed to be comfortable, elegant, relaxing. This one was not unfortunately... They put four of us on a table that was fit for 2 people so we were constantly moving things around so we could squeeze the items on the table. There was a hair in our clotted cream, the waitress took ages to change the clotted cream and by the time she got back the scones were very cold, we asked to have these changed and the waitress definitely showed us attitude like it was our fault. Afterwards it took quite some time for the waitress to come to us for anything more and we were just dying to get the bill to leave.

The manager came when the clotted cream incident happened, she was nice.
