They used to provide good service and on my last visit they were not providing shisha mouth pipe filters claiming out of stock. It was on Saturday 5 pm, being a business weekend their excuse was out of stock. Me and my friend kept requesting to provide but there was no proper response nor they wanted to help at all. The shisha was ordered without the knowledge of “out of stock” filters and shisha was kept in front of us. Meantime we ordered some food to eat but no response for the filters. Shisha coals kept burning and was replaced, I don’t know for what reason they kept replacing when we didn’t touch it. We spoke to atleast 5 waiters and a supervisor and asked for manager. At 6:30 pm we got frustrated that we will not pay for the shisha and we wanted the manager to solve this. You won’t believe this but Manager was on leave and they kept us waiting as they thought we would smoke up the shisha by then. Such irresponsible and worst customer service expected from these Indo-Pak staffs. We ended up in a better cafe with half the price of H20. Oh by the way, only 1 waiter who was not involved in service to our table did his level best in apologizing to this incident when we were at the parking. Rest those 5 waiters and supervisor had ego and didn’t seem to care at all. Never ever going to this cafe even if they offer free...
