Dear Restaurant Manager and Owner, I was in your restaurant last night; the decor is nice, the restaurant is clean, and the service staff is friendly. The bread is excellent, and the baker is professional. The big issue was with the kitchen and chief. I am from Afghanistan, and I know all afghani food; if the owner is afghan and he wants, I am ready to come and work with them two-three days to fix some issues., we ordered around four-five dishes, but we could eat just eggplant. It is not perfect and still needs to improve the cooking style. Soup is not drinkable; first of all, it is oily. Secondly, it is gellish, like the soup people sell in Pakistan on the street. KACHERI QOUROT is not eatable; may be the chief is not afghan, so he can not cook properly, rice had no taste, and significantly added fresh pomegranate on kitcherry qrout . On the top was not Qrot, and it was sour cream. and kofta had too much tomato sauce. we order Chicken Kabab, I agree that except Turkish Lebanese and some Indian, the rest of the restaurants can not cook the KAbab with real taste but at least some restaurants cook well. The kababa was not bad to be not eatable, but it was so salty and dry that may they add 50-gram salts on this kabab. And i asked the reception to taste the kabab test. The Mantoo was too big, and we are not cooking in Afghanistan like this, they make a big pocket and filled with minced meat. I am a lover of mantto, but i tried too much and could not eat more than one piece . 6.I am so sorry for the owner of the place that he invested a lot of money but food quality is not good, so they will slowly lose many customers. Bread was nice, but they added on the top too much black and white sasamy. Finally, we left the restaurant and paid our bill even though they asked too much to make a takeaway bag all the food lifted . I told if we could not eat fresh here how to...

Overall Experience: While Afghan Palace shows promise with its inviting ambiance and flavorful food offerings, improvements in service efficiency and music selection are needed to fully enhance the overall...
