I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I received from Happy Box. My order, which was crucial for an event, arrived several hours late despite numerous follow-ups and calls. This caused significant inconvenience as I was already late to the event due to waiting (saying it will not be long) and had to leave without the order. Even after my arrival, the delivery took an additional 2 hours.
I reached out to Happy Box multiple times via WhatsApp and Instagram, but received no satisfactory response. The replies were delayed and when I finally received one, it lacked empathy and a genuine apology. This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering the circumstances.
I hope that this feedback prompts improvements in your customer service and delivery processes to prevent similar issues...

Read moreI ordered the black heart box. the strawberries are big, very tasty and fresh. Just the leaves are still kind of dirty with sand. It makes me worry if the strawberry is washed. The color of leaves (old and dark green) really make the box looks unattractive, but glad it tastes good... I'm kind of wondered the process of washing the strawberry while leaves are still dirty. Even though it may be washed properly but it's really not good to have these dirty leaves touching the strawberry...
Please fix this, I think it's needed before I order another...
