Rude Management and Aggressive Upselling Ruined My Experience I have been a regular customer at Kabila for over six months, often overlooking their persistent pushiness in upselling drinks and snacks. However, my recent experience was utterly intolerable and warrants a public review.

During my last visit, I ordered a combo meal and sat at an empty table. The manager rudely approached me, demanding that I move because that table was "reserved" for a'la carte orders. Despite my willingness to pay more to remain at the table, he refused to serve me and continued to be impolite and disrespectful. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and completely unprofessional.

It's disappointing that a place I frequented regularly would treat a loyal customer so poorly. This incident, combined with their constant pressure to order additional items, has left me with no choice but to take my business elsewhere.

To anyone considering dining at Kabila, beware of their rude management and aggressive upselling tactics. There are plenty of other restaurants in Dubai where you can enjoy your meal without being mistreated...

Visited Kabila Restaurant for a special World Biryani Day food review — and it was an absolute delight! The variety of biryanis on offer is truly impressive: from the Signature Chicken Dum Biryani, Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani, Royal Mutton Biryani, to the Chicken Tikka and Kabila Special Biryani — each one was rich in flavor and cooked to perfection.

We also explored their starters, and every bite was a treat! The Hara Bhara Kabab and Non-Veg Platter were well-seasoned, while the Tandoori Malai Broccoli stood out with its creamy, smoky flavor. The Broccoli Tikka was a surprising highlight, and the Chicken Angara Tikka was absolutely mouthwatering.

For mains, we indulged in Paneer Tikka Masala, Chicken Lababdar, and Mutton Bhuna Gosht — each dish had a distinct, authentic taste and was beautifully presented.

I was recently in Dubai and can without a doubt say that the best food I had was at Kabila restaurant at Bay Avenue. Fortunately, the restaurant was near my hotel, so I was able to visit and enjoy the food multiple times during my stay.

The restaurant is located in the Bay Avenue mall in the prime location of downtown Dubai. The food is anything but ordinary. The menu features a wide variety of Indian dishes, and the food served is beautifully presented and always exceeds expectations. Their Butter chicken and Mutton dum biryani, I would recommend to everyone. The laban available at the restaurant is a perfect accompaniment to the biryani.
