Review of Little Bangkok, Cluster I, JLT
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Little Bangkok in Cluster I, JLT, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant until the moment I left, everything was top-notch, and I want to extend a special thanks to Pranay for his excellent service and food recommendations.
First and foremost, let's talk about the food. Little Bangkok offers a wide variety of authentic Thai dishes, and each one I tried was simply phenomenal. The flavors were vibrant, the ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was impressive. Whether you're a fan of spicy curries, aromatic stir-fries, or delicate soups, this place has something for everyone. The menu is extensive, allowing you to explore different tastes and textures, and the quality of the dishes is consistently outstanding.
What made my dining experience even more memorable was the exceptional service provided by Pranay. From the moment I sat down, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to understand my preferences and dietary restrictions. Pranay went above and beyond to recommend dishes that suited my taste, and his suggestions were spot-on. His attention to detail and genuine passion for the food made the entire experience truly exceptional.
The ambiance of Little Bangkok was also worth mentioning. The restaurant had a cozy yet modern feel to it, with tasteful decor and comfortable seating. Whether you're looking for a casual lunch or an intimate dinner, the ambiance is suitable for any occasion. The staff members were attentive and efficient, ensuring that I had everything I needed throughout my meal.
One side note: AC is not cold enough, which I believe it’s a common issue in all JLT.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend Little Bangkok enough. The food is sensational, with a wide range of delicious Thai dishes to choose from. Pranay's exceptional service and thoughtful food recommendations added an extra touch of personalization to my dining experience. If you're in the JLT area and craving authentic Thai cuisine, look no further than Little Bangkok. You won't be...
Read moreI am a regular customer to Little Bangkok, however my latest visit to JLT branch was a disappointment, we ordered 4 dishes, for lunch, and no one was in the restaurant but us so my expectations that no rush and good food will be coming our way now, however two of the dishes astonishingly were bland, lower on the taste (green curry chicken), chicken was over cooked, sliced so thin that it dried up and curry taste was average. The other dish was stir fried beef, and unfortunately after couple bites, I encountered something breaking inside my mouth, fragments were sandy like, crystallised and very disturbing, I called service, the first thing they took my empty dish which had the reminents of this sandy parts and rushed it to kitchen, then called their supervisor after few mins who came to ask what was the problem, and when I told her and showed her some other bits and pieces she took those and came back saying this is probably cashew nut, I objected as it was not at all a nut, nor the consistency of it, then she came back and claimed it is the dried garlic they might use, which again i mentioned after tying it that it is crystalline, no taste, sandy pieces like a stone ... Instead of confirming that this might still be an option Denial was there and, I had refused to continue my dish. To be fair they didn't charge me, I didn't even eat two bites but still i paid the rest of the meal for sure..
This is one of the worst times, and I don't think bragging every where about Michelin stars warrants this...
