Jones the Grocer Express (Media City) — Restaurant in Dubai

Located in the lobby of the Raddison Blu Hotel in Dubai Media City this Jones the Grocer unit (one of fifteen locations in Dubai) is small, selling premium nuts, prepared salads, pastries and savoury baked goods. The drinks on offer include coffee, tea, smoothies and fresh juices. There are two small tables adjacent to the unit and a counter with stools comfortably accomodating eight. The vibe is relaxed and easy going, avoiding the frenetic pace of the hotel lobby and restaurant. The coffee on offer is tasty and at 25 AED for a large size it is at par with other locations in the area. However - the only reason for dropping one star - there is an additional 6 AED charge when selecting alternative milk (almond, oat, soya). 6 AED representing one fourth of the total prices is profitiering. The service is impecable. Abdul was professional, friendly and delivered on the request for a warm coffee (instead of piping hot) with flying colors and a smile. The Radisson Blu hotel in media city is a very good place for me it's calm ambience always attracts you for the peace. In the lobby the coffee shop known as Jones the grocer is my go-to place to have a freshly brewed coffee made by fellow waiter Naveed.

This guy is very energetic and having a smile on his face everytime when you see him and a positive approach to his work seems very attractive. The place offers you the different types of coffee for example Cappuccino, Latte, and many more to the list. They also have fresh squeezed healthy juices and they really have a nice combo of mixing two juices which is healthy and also tasty at the other side.

I get my coffee here almost every morning, and i must say that is not only because of the coffee itself, but how amazing the staff are, always smiling and very kind.
