Replying to the owner of this restaurant: Dear Sir, thank you for your reply. That's not fair to lie! 1) I never asked additional quantity for free, the opposite, I told your chef to charge me more of course (ask your waiter), but he said he will count me twice the price, thereof 40 AED x 2 = 80 AED which you will agree, is a bit expensive for a small granola 2) There were only 2 customers in your restaurant when I was there, sitting on the green sofa, they may have been disturbed, my apologies to them 3) I met only 2 times the chef including this morning, and only 1 time yourself!!! (in case you are the owner), indeed you mentioned change of menu, ok no issue of course, but then so what, is this a reason to serve half portion, same price as before and much less tasty vs before? 4) Your staff has been extremely kind with me, before, and during this unpleasant situation with your chef. Pity I used to like a lot this place, the whole staff so nice. And the granola, amazing:))) Fairness, honesty and customer care, that's in my DNA. Obviously your chef do not have same values. Dubai is all about amazing customer service. But in this restaurant where I used to come alone, in family, with friends on weekly basis, the new chef has been so unpleasant when sharing my experience with previous owner: I told him “this restaurant used to have the best granola in town!” Believe me, I have tested several very good ones. Unfortunately the one I got this morning, was half portion with same price as before and no taste!!! I asked him to put a bit more of quantity, he refused unless I paid twice and said he made only quality (meaning before it wasn’t???). But he did not listen to a regular customer advising to keep same granola quality as before and whatever the quantity. Plus he added “I can loose one customer, I will gain 10”!!! Interesting:))) But story is not finished. The granola served was indeed hafl portion vs before (with same price!), but really no taste at all: instead of granola in quantity, I found pieces of apples, water melon, white grapes without any taste!!! (Btw strange to find such fruits in granola). You need to search for the granola!! Plus some pieces of strawberries, but not red color, but white!!! (See the picture) again no single taste. I went back to the chef, explained my disappointment (he’s the chef so interesting to listen to customer complain and feedback right?). So inflexible guy, unpleasant again and again, telling me to go somewhere else if I am not happy, not listening any word. I came here before he took over the restaurant with his owner, I came here because it is next to my home, i came here because the waiters are so poliate, customer care, very nice, even this morning and as always they are very efficient and trying their best to make customers happy. Its so sad to change the review ftom 5 stars to 1… Visited that place today and didn’t recognize it, menu changed in a way you cannot call it “all you can eat” anymore, you can order each option from menu only once, if you want to repeat it additional cost of aed 10 will be applied. What I noticed first, staff is unprofessional and mess, even it was a supervisor there trying yo monitor them. They are forgetting about your order, it takes ages to get your dish even in almost restaurant .. Food you cannot compare with those few months back, they changed the menu and cannot say it was successful. Anyway at the end they apologized and informed us that they are in transformation process as owner of restaurant has been changed!

I will keep my old review here, just to show tge difference between my first impression about the place and actual one……
