Arjaan by Rotana Dubai — Hotel in Dubai

Having stayed in this wounderful hotel for several times and was able to closely observe the quality of services and facilities. Here are few of our observations: Facilities: The relocation of the Gym was an excellent idea. They need to consider installing a Wall Clock so Guests can Observe their time spent. The Temperature needs to be monitored closely as the Sun now enters inside the Gym and fluctuate the Gym balanced temperature. As to the Rooms we satyed at, they were excellent and clean however the “Exaust Fan” in the Bathroom operats 24 hours without any shut down switch which may increase the rotation & overheat Safety hazards. The garbage can in the Bathroom detaches from its base each time you want to open it with your foot; don’t know wether it is a default in the product but certainly needs to be looked at. The provided drinking water is salty and we suggest using Arwa Brand. 4 Stars for the Facilities for Now. Reception: Our Check-in took about 10 Minutes; way below our expectations. No wounder because Ms. Grace was not working on that day. By the way, No Need for those High Chairless Receptionist Desks. I don’t understsand why Hotel Business follow unrealistic Reception Desks Setup at the cost of their employees’ comfort by Standing behind those Desks for long time. Suggest changing those High/Elevated Chairless Desks with Normal Practical Lower elevated Desks with Chairs for both the Guests and Receptionists. I saw them in many of the Lexury Hotels World Wide. This conversion will provide comfort not just to the Receptionists as they have to stand many hours during the shift but also for Guests who are coming from long Trips and wants to sit while they are being cheked in. Not to forget, no welcom COLD Juice drink were served!!!! 4 Stars for Now. Food & Beverges: We were very pleased with the daily Breakfast Buffee. Excellent variety of Food and drinks. From the pleasant smile and greetings by the F&B Outlets Manager Mr. Kaza as well as others like Ms. Ni and the rest of the team in the morinig to the skillful quality of Fresh Food by Chef Mohammed. If you will have a long busy or business day or having a trip to the Desert try the scrambled Beans & Eggs with Creme Cheese & Arabic weat bread. It will provide you with the necessary Protein, Calcum and Conservative Carb. This is the Arabian Desert Favorite Meal for a long day Camel Ride. Chef Mohammed knows how to prepare it well. The only area for improvement is that the hotel do not offer Dinner Buffee. For F&B Services I would give them a 5 Stars with well desearved rating. Keep up...

I have been at Arjaan for a long stay for the last four weeks. From the moment we entered the service has been truly exceptional. The lobby area is spacious, immaculately clean with lots of places to sit and relax. Our room was not ready upon arrival and we were offered another room initially with welcome drinks. This was a gesture that was truly appreciated as we had young children who were quite tired from moving from another hotel. We left another major chain hotel due poor house keeping, customer service levels and general poor management. Arjaan has been a wonderful experience from the moment we came. Our regular housekeeper Ashreen, is an absolute star! Always making sure our needs are met and standards are high. She always asks what specifically she should focus on or if we are happy with the clean. Her attentiveness and attention to our specific needs has been consistent throughout stay. Nothing is too much trouble! This attentive and caring attitude runs throughout the entire hotel. The security, housekeeping, guest services and maintenance team are always on hand. Come night or day! Any deliveries you have can be bought to your room with a simple request to guest services. Whenever I come with lots of shopping I am always assisted by guest services without even having to ask. The onsite salons are welcoming and we have all had haircuts by professional and friendly staff. The sea views are breathtaking! The swimming pool and veranda is beautiful and a fun area to spend time with children. My children particularly enjoy the fruit ice lollies- a must try to help cool off in the heat. The lifeguards are friendly and always vigilant making you feel safe and secure. My daughter has multiple food allergies and the fantastic chef and kitchen team have catered for her soo wonderfully. Always cooking fresh delicious meals to her specifications. Highly recommend this hotel for people with food allergies! It will be son’s birthday soon and reception/guest services and the kitchen team will be organising a cake for him. The hotel's facilities were excellent, with a clear focus on continuous improvement and innovation. The hotel offered regular maintenance and repairs to ensure a seamless experience, in addition to in-house visits by the Head of Housekeeping to discuss our needs which showcased their commitment to excellence.

I would like to also thank Mr. Timur Ilgaz, Area VP, Dubai & Northern Emirates, Rotana Hotels & Resorts, for his incredible work and community to excellence, and his tram, who showed exceptional hospitality and management skills. His leadership and vision are clearly reflected in the hotel's outstanding service.

I highly recommend Arjaan By Rotana to anyone seeking a luxurious and hassle-free stay with an amazing feel of being at home with your family. The hotel is located in the heart of the Dubai Media City, conveniently overlooking the Palm and a walking distance from Dubai Marina, Burj Al Arab, and JBR, if you are an avid walker and can also be reached by the Tram or Monorail or many public transportation options. The view is stunning in the evening whether the city or the sea view. The hotel also just opened a state of art health club with sauna.
