At the beginning, when I entered the restaurant everything was good. The first waiter took me happily to my seat and the menu was elaborative for breakfast. You have multiple options. Although, for a long time I avoided this place because it is overpriced. The portion is little compared to the price that is offered.

I ordered the Manhattan breakfast. I did not have enough bread for the Salmon with Egg and Labnah, but I had enough for the Jam and butter. There were two types of breads that were served. The white sourdough bread I used it for the Jam and butter and it was delicious and revolutionised the taste. As for the Salmon with Egg and Labnah, it was a brown bread (I don’t know the name). The salmon was delicious but with the addition of lemon it became even better. The egg was cooked properly and the labnah was well-made. They all fit together well. I also, added the salad on the side sometimes to my bread, but the bread itself was not delicious. I could barely enjoy my bites. It tasted old (not fresh) it did not have that outer layer being crispy and the inner part being fresh. The shot on the side was delicious though. It tasted a bit weird to my tastebuds but it was delicious and enjoyable.

As for the service, as I mentioned it began well; however, in the middle of my stay there was a dispute among the employees with each other. I understand that employees have quarrels when something wrong occurs and it is annoying, but it is inappropriate to yell in the restaurant. They should resolve the issue in private and then come back to their work area. It was not necessarily disturbing, it is just inappropriate, from my point of view. It is probably more harming because in a restaurant there are customers, but it goes to any workplace even in office. Also, this dispute caused a lower-service rating. After the quarrel, the other employees started not caring and not being friendly. Actually, other than the seating, all services were not amazing. They only gave me one tissue and when I asked for more I got just one more… Also, when I asked for the bill I just got the bill without wipes and tissue… It is kind of annoying that you have to ask for everything especially when you come to a supposedly decent restaurant. Also, unfortunately, the quarrel only halted for a few minutes and then it resumed as I was writing this review.

However, I will like to mention that one time I visited LPQ in the airport, they had some delicious spreads, so I will...

‘Le Pain Quotidien’ translates to “The Daily Bread” an eatery that’s quaintly tucked in the heart of City Centre Mirdif. You will find yourself immersed in their rustic style ambiance, the smell of fresh bakes and a plethora of delicately curated meals, beverages, desserts and more! . They’ve introduced their new summer specialties and you cannot miss out on these because look at how delicious these look! We just couldn’t wait to dig in.

Starting off with ‘Panzanella’: a refreshing yet tangy salad 🥗 made with asparagus, cherry tomato, croutons & quinoa tabouleh. Now, that’s a very creative way of incorporating 2 different cultures into something fresh and perfect! Loved the blends of strong yet mellow flavours with a dash of earthiness from the leaves 🍃. Then we got to their ‘Sourdough Flatbread Fried Eggs’ 🍳: served on their homemade flatbread are greek yoghurt, roasted cherry tomato & drizzle of harissa oil on top of some fried eggs. This was a creamy harmony with each bite 🤤, the harissa oil pivoted the entire dish too well. The flatbread was super soft and just woah 💯.

Their ‘Creamy Chicken & Mushroom’ 🍄‍🟫: is another classic yet comforting dish that you HAVE TO TRY! topped with asparagus and served alongside their organic sourdough bread, you simply cannot go wrong with this! LOVE IT 🫶🏻.

Want something quick and light? , then this ‘Mixed Berry Tartine’ is just for you. Sweet labneh on lightly toasted organic multi-cereal bread topped with raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and blackberries with a subtle sprinkle of mint leaves and white chia seeds. Their ‘Blueberry Cooler’ was just ideal for this summer’s heat- an iced concoction of ginger🫚 , blueberries 🫐 , lemons 🍋 and sparkling water, hit the perfect notes of sweet and tartness 👌🏻.

To end our lunch on a sweet note we tried their ‘Homemade Kunafa Cheesecake’: this low sugar decadence was the highlight! we loved that it wasn’t the usual chocolate version but a soft, tangy and creamy dessert with the perfect texture and balance of sweetness, pistachio kunafa layer and a drizzle of organic noir 🍫. I would choose this over the chocolate one for sure! 🤤

We had an amazing time here with their communal dining style concept, the decor, the staff and cozy vibes made it feel so comfy. A highly recommended! 👍🏻 Thank you Zaina, Plinky and Macel for your lovely smiles and warm hospitality it made out experience...

I recently stopped by this place for breakfast, and I have to say it was one of the best starts to my day in a long time. The fresh zaatar sandwich was absolutely perfect: warm, soft bread with just the right amount of crisp on the outside, packed with that authentic, aromatic zaatar flavor that instantly reminds you of home. You can really taste how fresh the ingredients are from the olive oil to the herbs, everything felt homemade and full of love.

I also tried their egg banquet, and it was just as impressive. The eggs were cooked exactly how I like them fluffy, well-seasoned, and served with generous portions of sides that made the whole plate satisfying and wholesome. Every bite tasted balanced and full of flavor.

To top it off, their fresh juice was the perfect companion cold, refreshing, and clearly made from real fruit, not from concentrate. You can tell they take pride in quality here.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and fast with the service. The place itself is clean, cozy, and has a really nice, calm atmosphere great for a relaxing breakfast or even a casual catch-up with friends.

Overall, this spot has quickly become one of my favorite breakfast places. If you love authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and good vibes, I highly recommend trying their zaatar sandwich, egg banquet, and fresh juice combo. You’ll definitely leave satisfied...
