We recently visited this hotel hoping for a decent meal, but what we experienced was nothing short of appalling. The so-called gravy served to us was nothing more than flavored water – absolutely bland, diluted beyond recognition, and lacked even the basic elements of taste, texture, or seasoning. It felt like the kitchen simply added water to leftover scraps and called it a dish.
When we politely raised our concern to the hotel owner, expecting at least an apology or a correction, we were instead met with arrogance and disrespect. Rather than addressing the issue, he dismissed our feedback rudely, showing no regard for customer experience or hospitality.
Let me break this down for clarity:
Taste: Completely absent. The food was utterly flavorless, lacking even salt or spice.
Quality: Poor. Gravy was as thin as water, suggesting zero effort or quality control in the kitchen.
Hygiene & Standards: If the taste reflects the overall standards, it's deeply concerning.
Customer Service: Worst part of the experience. The hotel owner’s behavior was hostile, unprofessional, and unacceptable.
Value for Money: Absolutely not. Paying for food that tastes like boiled water and being insulted on top of that is outrageous.
If you're looking for a place with dignity, flavor, and decent human interaction, this is not the one. We left with empty stomachs and a bitter experience.
