Terrible food and customer service! We were looking for vegan food and the waitress suggested felafel and we agreed and ordered vegan felafel wrap but they gave us felafel wrap with cheese init. We told the waitress that my friend doesn’t eat dairy/cheese and asked him to make her a new one. He said they would charge for two orders if they make a new one. He also said felafel wrap comes with cheese unless you request without cheese. On their menu it doesn’t say it comes with cheese. I went in to speak the manager but instead of me making the talk the waitress and the manager started talking in their language I do not know what they were saying. Then they agreed to make a new one. In about 5 min the waitress brought the food and when we opened the wrap they brought back the same wrap all they did was removed the cheese and applied some mayonnaise onto the bread so that we wouldn’t know it was the same food. My friend couldn’t eat it coz of the mayonnaise and cheese stain. I asked the waitress why he added mayonnaise knowing she doesn’t eat dairy and he said “ you should have requested without mayonnaise.” First of felafel comes with tahini sauce not mayonnaise. Secondly, we told him she doesn’t eat dairy products but instead of apologizing he started arguing with us that felafel comes with cheese and mayonnaise unless you request without. If they don’t know how to make felafel they shouldn’t have it on their menu. We paid for the food we didn’t eat and left...
Read moreHonestly the food is not bad. I go eat here from time to time while waiting for my wife to finish her work. But I came across a situation more than once that I didn’t like which is the way they treat their stuff. While I am watching there was a waiter that came and complained his salary being deducted because of being late one or twice and it just broke my heart to see the desperation in his eyes and how unfair and frustrated he felt that the person he was complaining to cannot do anything abt it. And this happened twice, and the salary that is deducted is not based on a prorata ratio and is not backed up by any law. Salary sanctions for a human being who is earning almost nothing is really sad. And he kept saying: why I am working if I give you back all my salary, and how I can support my family like that… And besides all of this, it is also unprofessional that the management didnt even care about the reputation of the restaurant by trying to listen to him in a place without customers… they just let him burst his anger until he got tired and then they carried on with their lives. And this situation happened twice.
Just because of that I dont want to come to this restaurant again.
I feel sorry for the rest of the staff who have to accept these...
Read moreWe ordered bhindi fry but were served bhindi masala instead. When we informed the waiter, Vimal, about the mistake, instead of accepting it, he started arguing with us. After a pointless back-and-forth, he finally brought the bhindi fry, which was shockingly uncooked.
When we brought this to the attention of both Vimal and the manager, they had the audacity to argue again, claiming that "this is how they cook the food." Do they seriously think it's acceptable to serve uncooked food to customers and then double down on it with arrogance?
Their behavior was downright rude and disrespectful—especially towards my female friend. There was zero professionalism, no accountability, and absolutely no sense of basic customer service. It’s appalling that such staff are allowed to deal with customers at all.
Highly disappointed and would never recommend this place unless you enjoy getting the wrong food, arguing about it, and being treated like you're the problem for expecting your food to be...
