I went to this restaurant today to get a shawarma, and I was completely disgusted by the hygiene. The man preparing my shawarma had torn gloves, and his fingers were sticking out of them. When I complained, the cashier handed him a new pair of gloves, but instead of putting them on, the staff member just stared at me strangely and continued making the food with his bare finger touching what was supposed to be my shawarma.
This is unacceptable. He clearly didn’t care about hygiene at all. If anyone from management or higher authority reads this, please send your staff for proper food safety and hygiene training. Their attitude was arrogant, and they clearly lack basic customer service skills.
I absolutely do not recommend this...
Read moreThe shawarma is the worst I've tasted so far here in dubai. it's soggy and the way they serve it is not appetising at all.
Service is literally "0" don't expect any hospitality with these guys. they won't even give you any tissues. Servers are rude. they will just look at you like you are nothing. I've asked them 3 times for a tissue and a chai and they are just ignoring me.
servers are sweaty inbthere forearms they don't even wipe it. Plus they stare at you like a creep
Atmosphere is like any small typical cafe here in dubai but the kitchen where they are cooking looks so dirty. even have insects in the counter.
I wasn't able to finish my shawarma after that.
I regret going there and I hope this gives awareness to...
Read moreEasily one of the best south indian breakfasts I've had while in Dubai. And I've had plenty, also in Satwa. Their dosa and paratha (fluffy, light, chewy) is amazing, but what I really love is their coconut chutney and saambhaar. You can see the curry leaves, mustard seeds, green chillies inside the chutney, it tastes fresh and well balanced. The place is also pocket friendly. Dosa with chutney, sambal, and karak tea will set you back at 6.25 AED. I highly recommend the place for breakfast. Service is very nice :) About me: I'm a seasoned traveller who has visited India (the south too) many times in the...
