As a rugby fan, your restaurant is cool. Looks like one of those NFL fan restaurants in the states but rugby is better!

Read moreWe had to wait 15 minutes before being able to place a food order. We spoke to two separate Indian waiters, one of whom didnt speak any English, the other was clueless and went to find the manager. He pointed us out to the manager who just carried on talking to his friends at the bar. In the end I caught the eye of the young Filipina waitress who was most helpful and arranged our food order to be taken. Unfortunately, one of the Indian waiters delivered something else to our table which was sent back and thanks to the further intervention of the waitress we finally got what we ordered which was of good quality.
Whilst there I noticed 3 diners leave without being served after about 15 minutes wait and no attention from the staff. The problem is clearly front of house - you need to ensure that you have enough staff on hand even when it's not busy as the waitresses were taking orders and then pouring drinks behind the bar and serving them. Read moreNaw was very good, kind, attentive. However, she is overloaded with work. No matter how much she runs, she is not enough to attend all clients. There was at least 5 runners and only one waiter. It seems like management is saving the cost of the employments but having cheap workers makes the place just feel cheap. Yes, we were compensated for the long wait, but it shouldn't be like that. The money is saved in salaries is being lost compensating clients. So, what is the point! We went when the place was not even to full capacity, but quite busy on a Thursday evening.
I suggest get more waiters so you can improve customer experience. And no need to yell at the current employees, it is clearly not their fault if food was late.
Lastly, the focus is too much in drinks, but people also goes to enjoy a meal, so that service should be...
