I was skeptical of this place at first. I placed an order over the phone because I didn’t have time to sit there and eat, but I would rather eat at the restaurant than take out.
I ordered Hot N Sour soup, Manchow Soup, Hakka Noodle Chicken, Chicken Fried rice, Black Pepper Chicken and Cauliflower Garlic Gravy.
Let me start with soup. Hot n Sour soup was my favourite because it was made to perfection as you can see in the picture. As always, I added ginger because that’s how I like my soup.
Manchow soup was average, could have been better. It was missing something but I can't put my finger on it.
I didn't think Hakka places could go wrong with Hakka Noodles but this place did. It was very bland. By the picture, you can see it's white. I had to add soy sauce and pepper to give it a kick. It worked like a charm. I would ask the restaurant to look into it, incase it was just a one off.
The Fried rice was also not really Hakka standard. It was just like any other rice dish.
Black Pepper chicken and Cauliflower were perfect. It was cooked well and had good flavour.
In fact, what saved the rice and noodles was the gravy.
Would definitely order black pepper chicken again.
Overall not a bad experience, but not...

Well vegetarians, be ready to be spoilt for choice. I asked for the bill, so that I could remember all the dishes names, but I got served another tables bill, hence I will have to look at the menu and hopefully the names I select match with the names of the dishes :)
For starters we had the- Veg spring rolls, Crispy hoisin veggies, crispy potato spring onion, crispy corn pepper chilly and the mushroom manchurian dry. My fav was the mushroom manchurian, it has set a new high standard for me which I will always compare other restaurants manchurian to henceforth!
Mains we kept it simple with the veg burnt garlic rice paired with Hunan vegetable. Loved both the dishes esp. the abundance of burnt garlic in the fried rice :)
Finished off the meal with a remarkable mocktail called the green apple mint, which was really refreshing and finished off our meal quite well. Service was quick and friendly, interiors the typical red Chinese fare but simple and well done. Paid parking...

The portions are generous, making it an excellent place to share a meal with a friend or partner. However, there's room for improvement in the soup section.
The Tom Yum soup, for instance, had chicken pieces that were not properly cut, which affected the overall experience. Fine-tuning this aspect would enhance the dining experience further.
Overall, chinchaas Restaurant delivers on its promise of tasty, high-quality Indian-Chinese food, making it a must-visit for food...
