Teeffee & Malabar Plate Barsha — Restaurant in Dubai

Today, I decided to order lunch around 12:30 PM, expecting a timely delivery and a satisfying meal. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. The delivery arrived nearly 1 hour and 40 minutes later than promised, finally reaching my doorstep at 2:10 PM. By this time, my anticipation had waned considerably, but I remained hopeful that the food itself would redeem the delay. Regrettably, the quality of the food was dismal. The dishes were lukewarm at best, and some items seemed as though they had been sitting out for quite some time before being packed for delivery. The flavors were bland, lacking the vibrancy and freshness that one would hope for in a meal. The main course rice and fish fry was dry and overcooked, leaving a chalky texture in my mouth. clearly having seen better days. Overall, today's meal was a significant disappointment. From the excessively delayed delivery to the subpar food quality, this experience fell short of the standard I expect from a reputable restaurant. I sincerely hope that improvements are made to ensure that future customers do not encounter similar...

As a longtime patron of Teefee- Malabar plate Albarsha1, it is with great disappointment that I must express my dissatisfaction with the recent decline in both service and food quality.

my recent visits have been marred by a noticeable deterioration in the overall experience. From prolonged waiting for food, indifferent behavior of staff attitude and the welcoming atmosphere.

Not only has the service faltered, but the food itself no longer lives up to its former standards. Dishes that were once prepared with care and attention to detail now arrive lackluster and seemingly hastily assembled. The flavors lack depth, and the presentation is uninspired.

As a loyal customer, I sincerely hope that management takes swift action to address these issues and restore the restaurant to its former glory. Until then, regrettably, I cannot in good conscience recommend to others.

NB- Mr.waseem(i don’t remember this is the name) the cashier cum waiter he is such great staff… always welcoming...

The quality of food has gone really bad after they have earned their name and opened branches over the UAE, I have ordering with them for the last 2 years the food used to be really good back in Karama, They recently opened in Barsha and we did order acouple of times also for my office but then a couple of times the order has not been good in terms of the food being fresh. The other day I received my food after almost 45 mins and it was cold with stale Arabic bread which for sure I could not eat and had to throw it. I also messaged them they replied apologizing and then after that no response to my messages. "Hi, I got the order, the food was stale and cold, chicken was cold I had to literally eat it cold even the Arabic bread that was sent was stale it was breaking like stale bread does" I will never order from them again.
