Good evening It was very bad experience in this place My friend got food poisoning by expired kunafa. First when they bring it to us. We said it’s look old and they didn’t bring syrup to us. And than she tried it. And told me that test is very strange. I said maybe it was because there is no syrup. we called the waiter to bring the syrup. After that she applied syrup. And she try it again. and after said that the taste was still very sour. Like it's an old product. In same time we ordered Sheesha which was not smokable and Arabic coffee. But we couldn’t even enjoyed because my friend start to feel dizzy. We called waiter and informed him about this. he immediately apologized and took the kunafa from us. And offered another one. We told him that my friend vomited everything and this not normal. We called manager and he apologized as well, and said that felt smell on that Kunafa. So he agreed that it was expired. And we went to toilet again. She got even worse and we said that we'd better go home and took his phone number. To contact him if she will not feel better. when we were waiting for the elevator he sent a waiter to us to pay the bill for this terrible service. He offended us greatly by this act. I recently visited this sheesha lounge and overall had a pleasant experience. The first thing I noticed was the relaxing ambiance, which is nicely put together with comfortable seating and a welcoming vibe. It’s the kind of place where you feel at ease sitting down for a long conversation over good sheesha and food.

The sheesha itself was really good, smooth, and flavorful, which made the visit worth it. The food was also enjoyable, with a nice variety of dishes that complemented the overall experience. It’s clear that the place takes care in both their menu and their sheesha quality, which is a big plus.

That being said, there are a couple of points that could be improved. The lounge tends to get quite noisy on weekends, which takes away a little from the otherwise relaxing atmosphere. Also, the service wasn’t quite what I expected. While the staff were nice and friendly, the overall service felt slower and less attentive than it should be.

Over-priced beverages with servers pushing for more orders. Didn't feel very comfortable, though the interior is commendable and food quality is alright 👍🏼

To add on further details, I realized that the venue was 70% empty on a Saturday evening, when it's supposed to be working at its full capacity, and I understood the reason once I looked into the menu. A cup of tea was priced at the cost of a meal elsewhere and the staff was pushy for more orders, to an extent that they came to the table several times for more orders despite our table being full of food that's been ordered and still being consumed. I couldn't stand this place and didn't stay for an hour, decided to continue my evening with my friends elsewhere.

Being greedy by pushing the 30% tables that were occupied, would ensure that the remaining 70% remain empty. Apologies for my severe remarks, but I won't be visiting again, whilst my friends might, and if I hear about a positive change in the venue, I'll replace this comment with a five-star review but until that happens, my review stays.
