Burro Blanco Motor City — Restaurant in Dubai

Burro Blanco is hidden gem in motor city. Just accidentally find a place while I was planning to visit another place next door🚪 We entered to check the menu to check what do they serve. So it's a fast food version of bit of Mexican food with full touch of Mexican ambiance. We must give credit to Karen, she is an excellent server and having great skills to convincing people to try their food. She goes over and above to showcase the variety and let you taste even. Coming to food we tried their burrito 🌯 😋 with chicken cube version, they have plenty of options in each items. It was very good size 👌 and extremely tasty 😋 and delicious. Quite filling as well. They serve you complimentary Nachos. They have Mexican drinks🍸 options also to make you whole experience complete. It's reasonably price not too cheap and not too expensive same time. We decided to order from Burro Blanco based on the high ratings on Google and Deliveroo. Unfortunately it didn't live up to our expectations at all! The only positives were that the Mexican street corns were delicious and unique, and the tacos were quit sizable. The biggest downside was taste! The Del Sur Tacos were the most acceptable. The sautéed peppers and onions in the trio tacos came in big pieces and it just did not blend with the rest of the ingredients (maybe because of size - although we chose the ingridients). The worst was the other trio tacos with shredded chicken. At first our Son enjoyed his first taco (probably because of the flour tortilla and yummy avocado), but when we tasted the other two, we found that the shredded chicken did not have the best smell and the taste was awful! Very poor customer service. We came for the 5 Dirhams deal, buy one taco, get another one for 5 Dirhams.

However, we came to find out that it had to be ordered online through the App., which is fine, but no other alternative was offered to the customers. Also, the online system was apparently not working, so we couldn’t even take away either.

The manager was completely in different, and did not even offer any other alternative, not to mention the place was completely empty. The least a manager could do working in an F&B is to offer an alternative to the customer, rather than have no business at all.
