I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience with Teefee karama, which unfortunately is not the first of its kind.

Today, I ordered one rice category meal and one shawarma through Noon. I called to check on my order and was informed that the shawarma was unavailable. I requested to cancel the order, but it was not canceled. The representative, Christopher, spoke to me in an unprofessional manner, which was quite frustrating.

I then requested to speak with the manager, Manish. However, my conversation with him was equally disheartening. His casual attitude and lack of professionalism were shocking for someone in a managerial position. He seemed to misunderstand my concerns and even made light of my English, which felt disrespectful.

Fortunately, I was able to contact Noon directly, and they offered a solution and a refund. However, the underlying issue remains: the restaurant failed to update their menu accurately. If items are unavailable, they should not be listed.

This isn’t the first time I have faced such issues. On a previous occasion, I received an entirely different order, and despite assurances that the restaurant would make it up to me, nothing changed.

I urge management to take this matter seriously and address the ongoing problems with order accuracy and customer service.

The lack of professionalism and poor communication from staff not only affects customer satisfaction but also tarnishes the reputation of the entire group. If these matters are not addressed promptly, it could lead to further negative perceptions among your customers.
