McNasty's — Restaurant in Aberdeen City

The 3 stars are purely owed to Jack and Ailsa. If the wider team shared their customer service skills this would be a 6 star review. The rest of the team on shift, particularly the lady who appears to be the manager, seem completely disinterested in customers, cleanliness of the bar and tables and the pub in its entirety. A lot of empty glasses laid across tables and bar, with only two members of staff making any effort to clean up- between serving customers- a shame as the rest of the staff and more concerningly the manager/shift leader seem to take the opportunity to catch up, neck a redbull and catch up on social media. Biggest concern would have to be the managers disregard, gossiping and general lack of interest of customers.

Went to McNastys tonight as i had i heard its great for sport by a few lads from work and i had never visited for a good few years and as the two establishments i visited in Aberdeen tonight had no commentry on the matches or boxing on !!! What a great place to watch sport, never seen so many tv's in one place. Good pint of Tennants and very friendly Staff. Being from the enemy south of the border, not too far away in the North East of England, had a good night, good crack from a very pleasant Rangers supporter and the place went up when they scored in injury time against Legia Warsaw, even i cheered, only because i had my double bet Wolves & Rangers up. Out for a few drinks with wife on Friday and was so disappointed in the reaction from the bar staff at McNastys. Had an issue with my rum and Diet Coke due to it being super sweat following a dash from the soda gun. Asked the bar maid to change the drink but with a can of Diet Coke which I would pay for. She advised that I would have to pay for the rum also. She proceeded to poor herself a sample Diet Coke from the soda dispenser to prove to herself that there was no issue with the dispenser and that I was lying. I advised that if she was going to charge me for replacing the drink I would just leave, she told me “whatever”. I left and...
