I recently had the pleasure of dining in at Oodles, and I must say, the experience was thoroughly enjoyable. The highlight of my meal was the fried egg rice with chicken and beef, which was a perfect blend of well-seasoned meat and fluffy, aromatic rice. Each bite was a testament to the chef’s ability to balance flavors and textures.

The side of fries was a delightful addition, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, seasoned just right to complement the main dish without overpowering it. It’s not often that you find a noodle place that can pull off a side of fries with such finesse.

I must regret to say that my wife and I were treated badly this evening. We placed an order around 10:15 p.m. and the waiter asked us whether to eat in or take away. My wife and I wanted to eat there and then we sat down at the table. At 10:25 p.m. the gentleman called the number. 39 ready for takeaway. I told the gentleman that it was a mistake, that the order was on site, then I heard that they close at 11 p.m. and that it was for takeaway. No apologies, especially since earlier another gentleman asked if it was on site. Additionally, the number of ingredients was one portion less of fries in the order where I ordered a double, just like my wife. They only lost regular customers where we ate there many times. Never again, no respect for the customer. I only give 1 out of 5 stars because I can't do it any less, I would give it a minute and thank you this gentleman...

Went to try out the place for the first time. Use the self serve kiosk to place the order, found that some items were not available on there (meal deals were not shown, but were on the paper menus). After placing the order, there was a fair wait for the food, but eventually got the order. Unfortunately there were items missing from the order. Told the staff behind the counter who apologised and said they'll get the missing items for us. There was another ~5-10 mins wait before we finally got the rest of our order. It was a shame because the food wasn't too bad, but the service definitely needed to improve. There seems to be a lack of coordination behind the counter with some staff running around and others were standing around...
