Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Aberdeen City

I had to write a review about this experience. I was having a really stressful morning, and I didn’t actually catch the server’s name. But he was so friendly, very bubbly, and asked me what I would like to order. I wasn’t sure if I should go with my usual or try something new, but I felt pretty tired from the stress of the day. I said I wasn’t sure, and he asked me if I wanted something cold, hot, sweet, or bitter. Coffee, no coffee, etc. I decided to go with my usual, an iced white mocha. He very enthusiastically asked me if I’ve ever had it with hazelnut and if I would like to try it. I couldn’t resist the persuasion, so I said yes. He then asked if I would like to use my free drink coupon, and if I would like any extras, etc. Of course, I got an extra shot of coffee. When I went to sit down to wait for my drink, he jokingly asked if I was done talking to him. He asked me to come up to the counter and asked if I had any plans for the rest of the day or the week. Overall, he made an amazing conversation, and he put a massive smile on my face, which I definitely needed!

Horrible customer service last night 3rd December 2017 Very rude tall short hair blond girl! We paid for gingerbread latte with whipped cream, got Normal coffee no whipped cream. We took it back immediately we were told they run out. I did say you should really telling people upfront. She said but I’m telling you now! Very arrogant very rude. So I said we paid for a more expensive drink, we would have walked away and some people don’t complain. You let us walking away with a drink we did not pay for. She said “do you want a different coffee” It should have sounded like “I’m so sorry could I get you a different drink?” But no. When we said ok Toffee but but please not too sweet - she rolled her eyes made a face and “so how many pumps do you want...” as she was talking to some of her mates... even people standing around us looked at us and her use of language and...

Summary ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s a coffee shop - “does what it says on the tin” No complaints got exactly what I paid for. Coffee was pretty decent, would visit again

Drinks⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ordered 2 x white coffee’s with “warm milk” did not there was such a thing. Initially I felt the coffees were not filled enough but there was more than enough milk and would not have wanted any more coffee

Cost⭐️⭐️ Paid 40p extra to drink in the seated area - this was not explained to me and secondly (why??) I know places like Starbucks are more expensive than your run of the mill coffee shops, but is there really a need to jack the prices up with dodgy practices like...
