Domino's Pizza - Ashford — Restaurant in Ashford

Well about a month ago, feeling lazy, we ordered a couple of pizza’s from this establishment along with a larger portion of garlic dip. It took an age to deliver (we tracked the progress via their online mapping and obviously it was a busy delivery night judging by the route taken). When the order finally arrived the delivery guy said there had been a slight spillage but not to worry, the pizza’s were fine but the dip had gone! Ok says I, takes them in from my darkened porch and discover dip had completely disintegrated the cardboard box so it was ‘married’ to the pizza making it I edible. The other pizza was cold, I guess due to the time it took to deliver. Both pizza’s in the bin and a call to dominoes. Would you like a refund I was asked yes please I reply. About five days later I see I am refunded £1.69, the cost of the dip!! I contact customer service who stare the franchise will contact me within five days. Nothing heard. I contact again eight days l after and am told the same thing. Again nothing. I have contacted customer service again only now they don’t reply either. Rubbish pizza and equally rubbish customer service....

What if someone hasn’t got access to a bank card due to losing it or left it at home, don’t have apple pay? luckily i live around the corner and was able to get my card but If it wasn’t for my son i would not have ordered he was feeling poorly so he wanted me to get him some pizza but staff said they don’t take cash only card payment policy since covid well it’s been 3 years since covid and it’s legal tender?but they reject it because it’s got germs, sounded absurd to me as I didn’t see the staffs wearing any face masks or any hand gloves and when asked that it is legal tender it should be illegal not to accept and are they planning on reinstating the cash payment policy anytime soon staff rudely said if the owner doesn’t want to change the policy he doesn't has to and he has chose not to like really?i think they need looking into by someone official if they can legally do that or...

I really love this place I got delivery and they literally delivered exactly what I ordered! Most of the time in other places I have not been as fortunate to get the right things when I get my food delivered but now I have come across dominoes and they have delivered exactly what I ordered without any change and they haven’t forgotten a thing. They are very good with security and they will make sure that you are using a credit card that isn’t stolen and the place is just all down good. If you want to eat in then there is nothing stopping and definitely not this review because I encourage you to try dominoes! If you want to get delivery that is also a fine option because they deliver exactly what you order and they don’t change anything! Dominoes has made my day and I encourage you all to try it!
