KFC Ashford - Beaver Road — Restaurant in Ashford

I ordered from the just eat app to get some tasty chicken thinking it would be as good as I thought. I was wrong when the food arrived I was greeted with pink undercooked chicken that I didn't see until taking a full bite from my food, I know I should check it but I thought knowing its a massive food chain my food should be atleast cooked, I left that piece and then decided to eat my popcorn chicken instead it looked fine only to find out that I was then handed a healthy dose of diarrhea and felt the worst I have felt in months. I think this is unacceptable. I will forever buy from just eat especially seeing as McDonald's burger king and subway are there and I've never had issues like this with them. If you order using the app, then things usually go OK… But the app is a relatively new thing. I didn’t use the app today and we had the old, old problem.

I’ve been going to this KFC on and off since 1986 and (at the risk of sounding like a reactionary old git) in all that time they’ve never employed anyone who can speak English well enough to work in a customer-facing role. If you check the receipt you’ll often find that what you order bears no relation to what they think you’ve asked for. And the receipt is completely at odds with the food you get. And there’s no point complaining because they don’t understand what you are saying. KFC app is linked with Deliveroo and when KFC forgot to add the wings to the order they told me to take up with Deliveroo (even though I ordered through KFC app). Staff was rude and said they will add it to my next order, even though I told them I don't have food now since the rest was for my kids. Deliveroo had no intention to pick up the remainder of the order and will only refund me over the next 5-7 days. Disgusted in KFC Beaver Road and Deliveroo customer service. A restaurant should take ownership where they make a mess...
