# Harmony — Restaurant in Belfast

The wait for the table wasn't that long, just had to wait while they cleared the table. The wait to order was a little longer. The wait for food was astronomical for what we were being served. I had the duck and my partner had the satay chicken sandwich. Both should have taken 10 minutes tops to make if everything was prepped correctly in advance. But we waited nearly an hour for food to come out.

The coffee was nothing to write home about and my flat white was served in an unnecessary cone shaped mug with no handle perched on a wobbly stand.

I'm just really confused why it took so long. The food was tasty but so simple to pull off. (Maybe a bit expensive for what it is) And the room wasn't particularly full. There were others there who looked a bit miffed about the wait and one table who came in after us who asked to check with the kitchen.

Maybe the team got screwed by a staff member not coming in. Maybe their kitchen isn't big enough. Whatever it is, it needs to...

Going since opened was good but had bad experience were they got my order wrong and service was bad so gave it another try was good twice after. I went back into today was busy, waited over ten minutes to order. Fella took the order gave me cutlery. Ten minutes later girl noticed I had no water and gave me a of glass water. I sat and sat and twenty minutes later the girl noticed I never got the tea I ordered and brought it to table. Just said your tea no apology just your order is coming soon. Over half an hour after ordering I got up and said I could not wait any longer for the food as had to go back to work. Other fella said something about the tea I was like in waited twenty minutes never drank it. I had ordered the breakfast and tea. It was busy but people who had arrived after me had got there coffees way before me and people who had ordered just before me had finished their food I still had not...

First of all walked in and greeted by very polite professional server with a massive smile. was seated and ordered a breakfast bun, for the very reasonable price I didn't expect much but it was so delicious! and presented so well on the plate. I changed the chilli jam to a honey chilli which the waiter recommended as an alternative and so glad I did it went with the sausage perfectly. the ingredients all taste really high quality the bacon, sausage and eggs all so tasty!
