Horrendous service!! Never leave bad reviews on places but had to on this occasion!! Me and girlfriend got seated early inside as no seats left outside, requested we be moved outside if a table became free but never happened even though there were tables free, lady bouncer (being kind) spoke to me like i was a piece of dirt even though i only asked if we could sit outside. Had to wait on every drink order at least 20-30mins so we ordered 4 drinks at a time. At one point we waited 40mins after ordering our drinks, i went upto bar to see that all the bar staff were huddled around and having a carry on, i very calmly asked if we could be served our drinks that we ordered about 40 mins ago, woman said they would get us them when they could, i asked is this what happens every night, people not being served drink and she started waving her arms and i went back to table, she chased behind me (not with my drinks mind) and asked were they not allowed to have a laugh at work, i had said sorry but we have waited a v long time on every order to come and now 40+mins and she told us to get out haha!! I never once raised my voice or swore etc, and as i walked out she pulled my gf and apologised to her, think she realised she completely over reacted but wont be back, going by other reviews this is a common theme...

I'm not a live music person and it really holds this place back. The outside area is nice for sitting in the sun and chatting and the music is just the right level to chat and not have to shout over eachother. Prices are average however got a splash of cordial in my cider and was told it would be £1 extra which is outrageous, never had to pay before. Staff are friendly and service is usually quite quick. Not sure what kindve vibe the place has but it is enjoyable and chances...

Came here tonight for a few drinks and food with a few friends and each of us had 3 drinks from 6pm-11pm because the service was terrible no one came over to us once and we asked about 3 different people if we could order a drink and yet we still waited over an hour to order a drink and then they took about 40 mins to arrive. Don't go here if you want a quick drink cause you'll be waiting all...
