Caffè Nero — Restaurant in Belfast

Had a cold caffe latte served when replaced i was told milk was only made 15 mins ago did i wish to make a complaint the manager appeared. Coffee was replaced in hot condition trying to serve 3 people with 1 server not a great idea especially when 2 other staff members were available. I Have Coffee twice a day at different nero shops. A bad experience more attention...

Popped in here for coffee for my wife and hot chocs for my kids. Met the warmest sweetest barista named Josie (I believe thats what she said) and she was so great to my kids. It was our first morning in Belfast so it was a great introduction to the city. She should be an ambassador for Belfast. Will definitely go back here next time...
